Web browsers allow users to access content available on servers running the HTML (and sometimes FTP) protocol.

A static webpage is delivered to a user exactly as it is stored. They make up the majority of pages on the web and are pages the user cannot change. The pages of the site at the Related Link are static web pages.

There could be several reasons for this:

1. Your browser does not save changes in configuration to the hard drive right away, so if it crashes before you have safely exited, it will forget any changes.

2. You have enabled a setting that clears private data on exit.

3. You have an errant plugin, add-on, or some form of adware that keeps overrriding your settings.

Only mobile, unless the site itself has an option to switch to normal. (like google.com) Other than that, it's not the iPhone's fault for not being able to view normal site. It is purely the browser and/or website. (Many options are available for iphone tho, such as Opera Mini or firefox. You can download these off the app store and many sites won't recognize them as mobile browsers.)

It just means that the server on your instinct cant load all the info on the page.. and resets to try and clear all the memory from your browser.. either see if the site has a mobile site.. or tell your browser to not load the pcitures..

The icon to refresh page is located in different places depending on the browser you are using. For Mozilla Firefox, it is located next to the back button, to the left of the address bar. It looks like an incomplete circle with an arrow on one end. For Internet Explorer, it is to the right of the address bar, and looks like two arrows in a circular formation. This is used to refresh, or reload the current page.
