You go on www.webkinz.com and click on ganz estore and when you are at the ganz estore you click on the left on the button that says open account.

There's an arrow on the top right corner of the room pointing down into a hole. There are multiple arrows so don't get confused. Go down the hole and explore the first room. You will find a nephew. Go into the second room's entrance, and you will find another nephew. I know you need 3, but I have only found 2... hope this helps, though!
