I'm 14 and i weigh 135 to so we have something to relate lol but i play foot ball so I'm sure of my limits. i can bench right around 100-120 but if your UN athletic then i would suggest 85-100 any were in that rang if that's too hard then work your way down. Also if your thinking about making this a daily thing don't work the same muscles 2 days in a row and balance out your weight distributions so your not to buff on one side. one last thing is that muscles atrophy in 72 hours so that means they begin to shrink so my suggestion is if you plan on making a habit then bench and do squats one day and work on your lower body the next. ohhh yeah don't do sit ups first cause alot of exercises use your stomach to lift so work on those last...

Depends. if your walking/running fast and really getting a work out then yes. i eat a lot and i dance ballet 1 hour once every week and run a lot and it's working.

It depends how mature the 13 year old is, but at this age a lot of growing is happening, and the bones tend to be softer, so i would recommend lifting not heavy weights for muscle mass but more lighter weights for muscle tone.

It doesn't really decrease along as you eat alot. you don't exactly have to work out to keep your muscle up if your happy with the size just do like 2 hours a week and make sure you EAT or it WILL decrease. I do martial arts not boxing or anything so i don't want to have huge biceps I'm happy with the size they are now and all i do to maintain them is eat and go on on the kickbag a few hours a week.
