Genetics do directly affect a person's potential for muscular development, but also note that most people have quite similar genetics in this respect. Most people respond similarly to exercise.
Has anyone used hench proactive whey protein and is it any good?

Yes I use Hench Nutrition products including their pro active whey protein. I find it a very good protein shake, especially before and after a workout and really good value as well (under £25!) and would highly recommend them. Also tried their mass gainer and that stuff is great too and tastes like nothing else Ive tried currently on the market and is really effective too.

Does an alternate grip provide an advantage over a pronated grip on a deadlift?
You'll find out when you get strong enough to pull a whole lot of weight.
It's not an advantage, it's a necessity. At some point your grip strength won't be able to keep up with what you can pull, and you simple won't be able to hold onto the bar to pull it off the floor.
HOWEVER, until then, it is suggested that you stick with the pronated grip because that is an excellent way to improve your grip (i.e. your extensors and flexors around your wrist), which is useful for many exercises.

Obviously, if you are tired for the rest of the day after a heavy training session or if you have DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) a day or two after a heavy training session, you may not feel like sex. I'm 14 and i weigh 135 to so we have something to relate lol but i play foot ball so I'm sure of my limits. i can bench right around 100-120 but if your UN athletic then i would suggest 85-100 any were in that rang if that's too hard then work your way down. Also if your thinking about making this a daily thing don't work the same muscles 2 days in a row and balance out your weight distributions so your not to buff on one side. one last thing is that muscles atrophy in 72 hours so that means they begin to shrink so my suggestion is if you plan on making a habit then bench and do squats one day and work on your lower body the next. ohhh yeah don't do sit ups first cause alot of exercises use your stomach to lift so work on those last...

Depends. if your walking/running fast and really getting a work out then yes. i eat a lot and i dance ballet 1 hour once every week and run a lot and it's working.

It depends how mature the 13 year old is, but at this age a lot of growing is happening, and the bones tend to be softer, so i would recommend lifting not heavy weights for muscle mass but more lighter weights for muscle tone.

Yes i know it can be very frustrating to be flat chested. Are you a white girl? There aren't many things you can do other than surgery and padding. Depending on your age depends on your decision. If you are over the age of 25 then surgery is an option, though, i wouldn't recommend it. Then there is stuffing, which i also wouldn't recommend. But if you look at body builders, look at their chests! The men have pecs!! So if your serious about really being flat chested, then you could try bench pressing..? It doesn't really decrease along as you eat alot. you don't exactly have to work out to keep your muscle up if your happy with the size just do like 2 hours a week and make sure you EAT or it WILL decrease. I do martial arts not boxing or anything so i don't want to have huge biceps I'm happy with the size they are now and all i do to maintain them is eat and go on on the kickbag a few hours a week.
