Don't think so, its twice as heavy as the black rhino which doesn't have any natural predators. Wandering Male Lions (i.e. 2 or 3) have been known to attack rhinos of various species but I don't think there has ever been a recorded kill, and this is scenario is extremely rare; the lions would have to be starving to attempt such a feat.
