It depends on your state/province/etc. Though most places in the world will recognize wiccan or pagan marriages as legal. If they do not in your area then you can always just check "common law" on any legal forms you need to fill out. I personally think that being spiritually married is more important then legally being married. Unless you are worried about not being able to inherit property/money/etc. if the other person dies. Then spending $50 for a court house marriage is worth it.
