Mine has suddenly started doing this too. A required Microsoft Windows system directory, the Windows System32 directory is often located in either C:\Windows\System32 or C:\Winnt\system32. No it does not the warenty with dell is for physical properties of the computer not virtual so if you fry the graphics card then they will replace it now on the other hand if you used 3rd party software and overclocked anything then no they will not replace it. however i will also say downloading anything from torrents are dangerous and there not illegal to download but illegal to use in US but to download an operating system is the worst thing you can do you never know what the seeder has done to the OS software. also if you want a safe version to use sign up for Microsoft technet and they should have an evaluation version that's good from 90 to 180 days and if u can crack a key then. than its safe

There are several registry keys which control the windows 7 taskbar some of the keys have been migrated from windows xp which had a much better behaved taskbar. There is a generic fault in the microsoft programming for this bar. It is common for it to disappear completely and can even happen windows 7 updates making system restore the easiest option. Running explorer.exe will not always bring it back, and even a reboot may not prove successful. Microsoft blames the erratic behaviour of their taskbar on third party pop up reminders from the taskbar. This is "poppycock" their operating system should insulatel anything as important and integral as the taskbar. Microsoft should be ashamed for not fixing a problem which has been going on now since the inception of Windows 7. The only decent operating system they have is windows xp and thats only because its been out so long now even their dullard programmers have gotten around to understanding it.

You will not be able to fix this problem from the registry alone as the operating shell is at fault.

A good way to free up disk space is to run the windows disk clean up utility by going to "start" and in the search bar type in disk cleanup. Run it and delete all of the files it asks you want to delete. Also you can run the Disk Defragmenter utility to move files around to better places on your computer. I would suggest to download CCleaner to clean the computer.

I remember when I used Internet Explorer instead of Google Chrome. There should be a little magnifying glass with a number next to it saying 100%. If you click that, it will say 125%, and the page will become larger and easier to see.
