What you actually want is a Windows recovery disk, you can buy one from Microsoft, or you can create one from an existing Windows system (though I don't remember how, try Googling "system restore disk creation").

Downloading a free disk is illegal under Micro$oft's terms, so you'd be hard-pressed to find a site that offers free Windows recovery disks.

A resume can be created on Windows 7 in a variety of ways. One could be started from scratch in either Word, Wordpad or Notepad. Word also features some resume templates where the user simply enters their information at the indicated space.

Apparently, if you could install it to an external hard drive using a 16 or 32-bit OS such as XP, you could theoretically play it if you then plugged it into a Win 7 computer. I hope it works for me! :)

DCIM (Digital Camera IMages) is a folder that contains photographs taken with the phone.

If you are sure that both memory pieces are working then you can have at least two explanations to what is happening. First one is the chipset that you have on your motherboard does not support more than 4 Gb of RAM (read the manual for more details). Second is the memory you both cannot work with your motherboard because it uses to low frequency.

OSASOI.exe is a part of Epson installation package. I you have Epson printer or other equipment from Epson it's where it came from. Whether or not to grant it internet access is another question. Most likely it was trying to check for updates but knowing how such programs are patched for different purposes I would block it. And update software from Epson manually.

Boot any bootable OS(with a partition manager) from a USB stick or DVD and reformat your HDD to NTFS, then try a clean install. Alternatively you could insert the HDD into another computer to reformat it, if you're not known with bootable operating systems.

If this does not work you might need to replace the HDD.
