There is always a risk upgrading your operating system but with a backup of your personal files like pictures and documents anything going wrong can be fixed. From Windows 7 to Windows 8 you will get a question of what to keep, and Microsoft have released a program you may run to check computer and program compability. From Windows 7 to 8, most drivers and software will work as before. It is adviced to check up on your most used software compability and what the new operating system have to offer before upgrading. Personally i have upgraded several computers both for home and business users without any unsolved problems.

Apparently, if you could install it to an external hard drive using a 16 or 32-bit OS such as XP, you could theoretically play it if you then plugged it into a Win 7 computer. I hope it works for me! :)

Right click the Lync icon in the system try and choose 'exit'.

If you do not want Lync to start automatically everytime you start the computer, go to your Lync client options (the cog in the top right corner).

Error code 403 is an http error code that means that the content you are attempting to access is forbidden. A 403 error message is possibly an indication there may be an error on the remote web server. There is likely nothing you can do directly to solve the issue. The best thing to do in this case is to contact someone that manages the website. They may have an error in their web server configuration that they can fix if notified about the issue.

OSASOI.exe is a part of Epson installation package. I you have Epson printer or other equipment from Epson it's where it came from. Whether or not to grant it internet access is another question. Most likely it was trying to check for updates but knowing how such programs are patched for different purposes I would block it. And update software from Epson manually.

If you are sure that both memory pieces are working then you can have at least two explanations to what is happening. First one is the chipset that you have on your motherboard does not support more than 4 Gb of RAM (read the manual for more details). Second is the memory you both cannot work with your motherboard because it uses to low frequency.
