Here are few things that would help you decide if you want a wired / wireless spkr - If you willing to compromise on quality, you could try Wireless. - Not worth the efforts to get it wireless, wireless technology has not yet evolved to a state that can give you Quality on wireless connection (esp if you are lookin to make a home theater system wireless, i think you are) - Wireless cannot transfer power to run your speaker, so only audio is sent thru wireless, the speakers are to be wired for power anywayz. (Battery power willnot last you too long) --- After reading reviews on the same, looks like you are better off with Wires than wireless.. Bridge mode allows to connect to geographically separate piece of the same network together. For instance you have one piece of the network in one building and another one in another building. You can't use a cable to connect them together. In such situation you might have to use a bridge.

Many of us have had the problem where we where limited to how we could arrange our house by the location of our cable out lets.
