No, DNA Surgery only lets you change the creature's Type. The valid types are: Dragon, Beast, Beast-Warrior, Divine-Beast, Psychic, Pyro, Thunder, Rock, Warrior, Spellcaster, Fairy, Fiend, Winged-Beast, Zombie, Plant, Aqua, Fish, Insect, Sea Serpent, Machine, Dinosaur and Reptile.
DNA Surgery cannot affect super- or sub- types. It cannot change monsters into, or stop monster being; Toons, Unions, Spirits, Geminis or Tuners.
When Paladin of White Dragon says to destroy the defending monster 'immediately', it means as a triggered effect at the very beginning of the Damage Step, before monsters are normally flipped, and bypassing Damage Calculation.
If you never enter the damage step against that monster, ie, if Paladin of White Dragon is destroyed first, or the attack is redirected to another monster, the effect might not activate, the face-down monster will be safe.

How many lens does a dragon fly has in each eyes?
Dragonflies have compound eyes that are made up of thousands of tiny lenses, called ommatidia. Each compound eye can contain anywhere from 15,000 to 30,000 ommatidia, allowing them to have a wide field of vision and detect movement very effectively. Therefore, while they have two eyes, each eye consists of thousands of lenses.
What does x000 mean on a yo-ge-oh card?
In Yu-Gi-Oh! cards, the term "x000" typically refers to the card's attack or defense points, where "x" represents a numerical value and "000" indicates three digits. For instance, a card with "3000" attack points would be represented as "3000." The format helps players quickly identify the card's strength in battle.

Does a trap or spell go to the grave after it is activated or does it stay until you end your turn?
Activated Normal or Quickplay Spells, and Normal or Counter Traps, remain on the field until after the whole chain has resolved, unless another effect specifically sends them during the chain.
So if I activated Secret Barrel, my opponent could chain cards like Jar of Greed to it, but even though that resolves first, the card remains on the field until Secret Barrel finishes resolving, meaning there is no reduction in damage.
In another scenario, if Heavy Storm is activated, and Solemn Judgment was chained, Heavy Storm will be negated, destroyed, and sent to the graveyard when Solemn Judgment resolves. Then at the end of the chain, Solemn goes to the graveyard too.

There is a technique that some like to use called "scaling". This involves the buyer weighing a booster pack on an extremely sensitive scale. Generally, the heavier the booster pack, the higher chance of an Ultra Rare card contained in there. This is because the gold lettering and the holographic images of the Ultra Rare cards is slightly heavier than Commons or Rares. This can be detected by sensitive scales, allowing the buyer to choose the booster packs with the highest chance of having rare cards.
This is generally looked down upon by others, as a "scaler" decreases the chances of other buyers of getting rarer cards.
