The Winged Dragon of Ra is illegal to summon in a duel but if you were gonna play illegally than Ra would probabaly be easier to summon unless of course your choose the cards in your hand and you wind up with Exodia on your first turn!!!
It is a very good question because the winged dragon of Ra is extremely powerful just as Exodia is. However Exodia is pretty much stronger because it is so hard to get the five pieces of exodia in your hand.
For example. You are allowed so summon Ra by sacrificing 3 monsters OR without a sacrifice but for Exodia it is very hard because you need to draw the five pieces and when you do get them it will be worth the wait. EXODIA IS BETTER
but the bad thing with ra is its attack points are the total of the 2 monsters used to sacrifice for it so if its spacial summoned its completely useless

Which of these God cards are better is hard to say. It all depends on the kind of deck is used and situation these cards get into.
- Slifer's attack power can potentially rise above Obelisk's, but sometimes it's hard to keep cards in your hand.
- Obelisk can destroy all monsters on the field at once by tributing two monsters (including itself), but you can't battle. Slifer can destroy any monster Normal or Flip Summoned if it has 2000 DEF or less, but it doesn't work on monsters that are Special Summoned (which proves to be difficult since Special Summoning is much more prevalent than before).
You can make a deck centered on one of these cards to cover up some of their weaknesses or improve their strong points.
"Light of Intervention" for Slifer to destroy monster more easily; "Reckless Greed" to increase attack power and counter when an opponent attacks; cards that negate your opponent's Special Summons; or a Zombie deck utilizing "Card of Safe Return" to draw more cards.
There aren't as many different strategies with Obelisk, but cards that Special Summon monsters not only make it easier to summon, but easier to use its destruction effect.
Can you build a deck over an air-conditioner?
An air-conditioning outdoor unit needs to have a free flow of air on both sides of the unit (where the grilles are that the air flows through) in order to operate efficiently. The air needs to be freely moving and cannot be a still pocket of air such as within a solid structure. The unit also needs to be accessible for maintenance and repairs.
Check with the manufacturer of the the unit as to how much room is recommended for access to the unit, and how much space is required for airflow.
Remember the unit will need replacing at some point.
If your deck construction will allow for these factors there should be no problem with building over the unit.
