I did not mention religious leaders as a rule of thumb. Although they are powerful in their own right, they would not be considered a great "world leader" as they were founders of their respective religions and as such, religion is open to interpretation and will usually be dependant on the religion of the reader.

3. Alexander The Great: He conquered one of the biggest empire in a short time( The Roman Empires took years to flourish)

4. Constantine I: He was the first Christian ruler of the Roman empire. Although he ruled only the Eastern Roman Empire he conquered the Western Roman Empire too.He made Christianity the official religion of The Roman Empire, therefore allowing it to flourish.

5. Napoleon Bonaparte: The ended the first republic in France and changed the way battles were fought.

6. King Richard Coeur De Lion(The I): He was a great warrior and defeated Saladin and made peace with him(Because he did not reach Jerusalem)

7. Charlemagne: He was the grandson of the great Charles Martel, he ruled over the biggest empire in Europe since Roman times and was the first emperor to get the title of Holy Roman Emperor

There are many more great people, who were great leaders, However their list is very big it will take more than a lifetime to right about them

Another great leader is Adolf Hilter. Even though his intentions were evil he brought a country that was poor, weak, and owed money to the rest of the world into one of the most feared super powers that history has ever seen. Once this country reached its peak every other nation feared Germany. That is why Adolf Hitler was one of the greatest leaders of all time.
