Sure, why not? You're already ruining your health anyway. Diets don't work. In the long run, they damage your health and metabolism, and you will eventually gain back all the weight you lost plus some. If you want to lose weight, please do so in a more healthy manner, through proper diet, slight calorie reduction, and lots of healthy exercise. (Do some research on the diet soda. It's bad news.)
