Today's woodworker would normally use paste wax to use as a finish for wood. Although it has quite a low melting point of 118 degrees Fahrenheit but the finish looks great. Although it looks very nice it doesn't protect the wood very well. It doesn't repel water awfully well and it isn't hard or durable enough to protect the wood from scratches. Even though the wax has its faults it looks very good on old antiques because most of them were finished with wax, so a paste wax is perfect for old wooden antiques.

What also gives this wax an edge is its colourless. By making the wood colourless it makes the wood look natural. Also it makes the wood feel very soft, which is important to a salesman because he or she would want the customer to feel happy with the wooden product. If you wanted to buy the wax its quite inexpensive and there's lots of it. This means that you can re varnish/wax your furniture instead of buying new ones. If there is rust on a cast iron kettle, then you need to remove it with a wire brush. If after this step there is still some rust remaining, you can coat the kettle with some oven cleaner, leave this on overnight, clean it with warm water, and then dry it thoroughly.

To install a bath towel rack you first need to measure the rack and the distance of the screws for the brackets. Once everything is measured out, drill small holes for the screws. You can get a poster putty stain off of walls by mixing vegetable and mineral oil together, then applying it to the stain using paper towels. Wipe the wall using a bit of pressure. It's very important to keep your room clean. When things are left lying around it collects dust wich isn't healthy. When you enter your room and you find clothes lying on the floor, strapped over your bed or papers scattered all over your desk, this will put stress on you, especially when there's not even room to walk!

You must buy white brick cleaner only! White brick is very sensitive and requires the special solution, if you buy normal brick cleaner it will ruin your white brick. I buy mine at General Shale brick, who also provided the brick for my home. Spray it on and scrub it in with a stiff brush then pressure wash. I have a 3 story white brick home sitting on orange clay :) it was a bad decision but any cleaner specially made for white brick will do.

If your white brick isn't to dirty a good pressure washing helps and also landscape all around your home with groundcover and rock or mulch it to keep the dust down.

You can't remove Super or Krazy glue from fabric.

You take a wet cloth of warm soapy h20, let the rag soak in the soapy h2o for about 6.5 to 11 minutes, then take out cloth and rub on windon perpendicular, it shall come off. if not repeat step until it is gone.

You can have it dyed. However, if it is an older carpet or extremely worn in some spots, the carpet may not be receptive to being re-colored. Maybe try using varied sizes of throw rugs instead.

I found a solution that cleaned 2 year old vomit from my leather couch, from a similar situation of a child being sick.

Buy foaming Saddle Soap from an equestrian store. This will clean the leather down to the source of the smell (in my case I had tried several remedies including Nature's Miracle, Febreeze, and other items to clean/mask the smell).

The Saddle Soap brand I used was Fiebings. Then I put A LOT of fresh unused baking soda on the leather and rubbed it in (don't use the stuff that has been sitting in your refrigerator). Vacuum up the excess. This will kill the smell about 50% and open any barrier that keeps the leather from getting wet.

After the leather dries for a day or two, make a water and baking soda "batter" and rub it on the leather. The solution will soak in, so you'll see the leather darken from being wet. Let this dry a bit and just use a vacuum brush to remove the dried baking soda.

After rubbing off any excess baking soda, let the leather dry, then treat the leather with appropriate leather conditioner for your couch. I used Lexol Conditioning Wipes which I also found at the equestrian store. I can't believe I finally have a couch that I don't have to hide or wrap in blankets.

This has changed the color a little of the leather, but I think it is better than having a couch that reeks or having to resort to buying a new one.

The industrial shaping of melted plastic is almost exclusively done in molds. The process is called injection molding. A screw drives feed stock through a heater, and the molten plastic is forced out the "business end" into molds. It is possible to mold plastic by hand, but precautions absolutely must be observed. The plastic is hot and the fumes given off by hot plastic are toxic. Additionally, heating the plastic is something that must be carefully done as you can overheat it and pyrolyze the material. You can also cause it to catch fire. If you are not at ease with any ideas here, you should not be trying to mold melted plastic. Set yourself a learning curve and get up to speed before attempting anything like this. Safety is your first mission.

You can only remove the smell by what we call, crawl space encapsulation. Have a company come out that deals strickly with crawl spaces. They can level the ground of the crawl space, lay a high performance vapor barrier down and pump 3 1/2 to 4 inches of concrete to lock the vapor barrier in place. This will eliminate that smell and any other odors coming from your crawl space.

use a blow dyryer and a wet cloth

To remove stains from blacktop driveways pour kitty litter over the stain. Give it time to absorb the stains and then sweep it up. Use soap and water and a bristle brush to remove any part of the stain that is left.

Try some hair spray on it. I have seen the use it in stores for mens suits and it works great.

Our answer was to cover the "filling" with a healthy amount of lime, cover that with dirt, dig a new hole and move the outhouse o the new hole. Still works after all these years although with minimal use, it comes up very seldom. Trick is to toss some lime in there on a regular basis to control odor and break down the filling.
