Using a soft, lint free cloth (NO PAPER TOWELS) spray mixture on the cloth. Wipe screen in a circular motion with gentle even pressure, do not press to hard. If cloth is to wet, and the screen seems to be streaking, you can go back over screen with a dry cloth. I use amicrofiber cloth, the kind that are for cleaning eye glasses.

the best way is to use alcohol around the inner andouter spaces of the disc
then rub the alcohol in circles. once you've done that rinse it over some warm or cold water then rub it off with some paper towels.( don't use toilet paper, its useless and it will just wreck it.) make sure to get the marks off before you use it.

BTW this could take a while, so pack heavy.
FEBREZE is different from other flowery things. It form a molecular "bubble" around the smelly molecule, walling it off. I've always been leary of Febreze - its presence will kill a bird in 2 seconds! The bubble molecule is too large for the bird's lungs. I wouldn't routinely use it around people with asthma. You know, however, it might just work for handling the smell of decomposing mouse!
A raw onion (with cut surfaces) may act as a sponge for the smelly molecules. Can't hurt.
