It varies from country to country, here in the USA is the shortest time of only 6 months without a seizure including in your sleep, to be able to drive a vehicle. yes it can. But it should only be used in combination with the prescribed medication for the disease. Some even consider it a panacea. It can also be used topically to cure skin cancer, arthritis, and many others, or be ingested for certain internal problems like any other cancer or ALS. Yes, for Parkinson's it is ingested. I would know because my dad has Parkinson's. It does treat Parkinson's, but it is not a cure. It has been known to extend a patients life by several years. I know many would not believe this, especially the cancer part, but look up Rick Simpson: run from the cure. it's true.

I was sick too. Now, I am not and I have flu righ now, so I am curious does this apply to post epilepsy patients? :-) My doctor said that Pseudoephedrine is not recomended. However, I never felt any changes in my health when I used tera flu :-)

So, it depends on you! It may have severe side effects on some people and may have no or minor side effects on others :-) But, better you do not try.

It would be important to know which someone is, in order to give them the help that they need. Someone having a seizure and someone being drunk are two very different things. A medical professional will easily be able to know if someone is having a seizure. The characteristics of a seizure are different to general drunken behaviour.
