Prussian constitutional crisis?
Twas King VS Parliament.
King of Prussia wanted to reform Prussian army and make it larger (because population had increased from approx 11 million to 18 million). King suggested that instead of having 1/3 of the population serving in the army for 10+ years the King wanted to have every eligible male to join the army for only 3yrs, and 2 yrs in reserve. King asked Albecht von Roon how that sounded and there was an uproar from upper middle class men who didn't like that idea for obvious reasons. (rich folk were pretty much excempt from the army). Parliament rejected King's idea but he continued to push the reform. Parliament said to make a reform that everyone can agree with so the King gave them the exact same reformation idea. Parliament was pissed and vetoed it, King dissolved Parliament and to the King's dismay a new, more hostile parliament was elected consisting of Natinal liberals and progressive liberals. Uh Oh.

How are the customs different in Europe than in the US?
Generally Europe is more liberal than the USA, nudity is not considered taboo at beaches and on TV for example. Alcohol is regularly given to children at meal times and motor vehicles are not used as much for shorter journies. The UK and Ireland are slightly more conservative than continental europe.
It varies. Technically speaking history is divided into ancient, medieval (or middle) and modern. Modern in that sense would be any point past the 16th century. However sometimes we use it to refer to 'the present generation', and sometimes 'to this decade'. To complicate matters even more we can speak as the point between the start of the Twentieth Century and the 1950s as modern and all points after as Post Modern time.
What is European supranationalism?
European Supranationalism is a method of decision-making in multi-national political communities, wherein power is transferred to an authority broader than governments of member states. Because decisions in some supranational structures are taken by majority votes, it is possible for a member-state in those unions to be forced by the other member-states to implement a decision. Unlike in a federal supra-state, member states retain nominal sovereignty, although some sovereignty is shared with, or ceded to, the supranational body. Full sovereignty can be reclaimed by withdrawing from the supranational arrangements. A supranational authority, by definition, can have some independence from member state governments, although not as much independence as with federal governments. Supranational institutions, like federal governments, imply the possibility of pursuing agendas in ways that the delegating states did not initially envision.

It consists of a large variety of peoples speaking a wide group of languages and practicing several different religions. There are the Greeks speaking ancient Greek. The Romanians speak a language similar to Italian. The Serbians speak a Slavic language similar to Russian. The Hungarians speak a language similar to Mongolian. And the Albanians speak a Germanic language.
That area constantly divides into smaller and smaller nations making it easy for a large foreign empire to conquer them. That is called Balkanizing.

In Greek mythology, Europa was a Phoenician princess who was abducted by Zeus in bull form and taken to the island of Crete, where she gave birth to Minos, Rhadamanthus and Sarpedon. For Homer, Europe (Greek: Εὐρώπη Eurṓpē; see also List of traditional Greek place names) was a mythological queen of Crete, not a geographical designation. Later Europa stood for mainland Greece, and by 500 BC its meaning had been extended to lands to the north.
In etymology one theory suggests the name Europe is derived from the Greek words meaning broad (eurys) and face (ops) - broad having been an epithet of Earth itself in the reconstructed Proto-Indo-European religion; see Prithvi (Plataia). A minority, however, suggest this Greek popular etymology is really based on a Semitic word such as the Akkadian erebu meaning "sunset", cognate to Arabic maghreb, Hebrew ma'ariv. (see also Erebus).
From the Middle Eastern vantage point, the sun does set over Europe, the lands to the west. Likewise, Asia is sometimes thought to have derived from a Semitic word such as the Akkadian asu, meaning "sunrise", and is the land to the east from a Middle Eastern perspective. For centuries, the Turks used the term Frengistan (land of the Franks) in referring to Europe.
The majority of major world languages use words derived from "Europa" to refer to the continent - e.g. Chinese uses the word Ōuzhōu (歐洲), which is an abbreviation of the transliterated name Ōuluóbā zhōu (歐羅巴洲).
AnswerEurope is named after a woman - Europa. I think the Greek gave these names to all the places they knew - Africa was Africana etc.Europa (ropes) were created to physically separate the enlightened people of Africa (think Pyramids, abundant resources of rich land, foods, gold etc....) from the barbarian people of the northern lands who were fighting their ways out of the recent Ice age and then later the Dark ages.
