Being there forever, through the good and the bad, no matter who comes between, to care, respect, and trust each other forever. Your friend should feel like your brother or your sister. You should be able to tell your friend everything, and go to your friend for anything. Friendship is about getting each other out of sticky situations and sticking by your friends side no matter what or who comes between.

Every friend gets into fight. A fake friend would just ignore you. A real friend would strive to try to fix the fight. Everyone has problems, a fake friend would say ask someone else, but a real friend would stay up with you all night to solve the problem.

The most important thing in an apology is to show you're genuinely sorry. Sometimes carefully constructed words emphasize your remorse, but sometimes actions speak louder than words. Think of it like a maths equation. Take the incident you're apologising for, add the person/people you're apologising to and multiply that by how sorry you are. Sometimes it works surprising the person. Cook them dinner, buy them some flowers or take them to the movies. Ask them if you've offended them in any way or if something is bothering them, maybe there is something going on at home/work that is taking their attention. If they are busy or don't seem to want to talk about it then give them their space. I don't know what your relationship is with this person that is ignoring you, but you obviously care enough to ask the question so as hard as it may be for you, hang out with other friends or make new ones until your friend gets their act together. To care for someone is to love them. There are many different wasy the word love can be used, in this case it is used in a general sense. When you care for someone it means you have feelings that bind you to this person. It means you want the best for them, and you want them to be happy and not in harms way. It also means you wouldn't do anything intentionally to hurt them.

i believe that you should get someone as special as you best friend something from the heart. getting the usual things - clothes,jewelry, gift cards, money and things like that are not very important. I was looking for something to get my best friend this march, and i thought of a slideshow with pictures and music. etc. i also thought each of her friends and mine could say a little something and creating it into a big :movie: kind of thing. something that comes from the heart. so a homemade thing would be a great idea for a best friend :)
