Such make-shift 'towns' are known as shanty towns. Though it can also be known as a squatter area.

It's found when you explore the city, if you get lucky. It's on a random space each day, same for all hobos. But...asking or giving the coordinates of the arena pass for any given day is sure to get you a ban.

For me,

A complete poverty is actually the poorest of all the poor.

A family didn't even have food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

They might not have money for the education of their children.

They have no permanent work.

It's hard for them to get permanent or safe place.

A complete poverty in a country is really uncertain.

If difficulties may complete an entire nation, there would be a hectic life there.

A complete poverty is the persasive poverty in every citizen.

The area has the possibility to be filled with government corruption.

And this is not a good example to run a nation. To be a leader and to be accused as corrupt.

Some people are impressed to you but in one mistake, their impression might lose due to the corruption scattered in the place you led upon.

What was different about these hobos was the fact that they were for books and against the government. They identified themselves as a piece of literature because those were the books they memorized.

I'm not too sure, but I don't think homeless shelters really care about age, it's about whether you're homeless or not.

When a Council receives a homeless application they need to assess if the person's actions claiming homlessness are intentional or unintentional.

If the Council belives your actions intentionally lead to you being homeless they have no legal requirement to help house you. Where as if your classed as unintentionally homeless then you are entitled to receive there help with housing. To give you a quick example if you decided to leave an accommodation whether rented or owned for no specific reason and asked for help with housing this would be classed as housing. If you're evicted or your home is repossessed this could possibly be classed as unintentional. I can't emphasize how important it is to get your facts checked or this before logging an application as if the Council don't need to help you you're left with no accommodation.
