How many states did the United Nations propose dividing Palestine into?
It depends on how the question is read.
If it is referring to UNGA Resolution 181 (II), which was passed in 1947 and was designed to deal with the British Mandate of Palestine, it was divided into 2 countries - Israel and Palestine, but the UN had proposed that the city of Jerusalem be made into a separate, international city.
However, as a result of nearly 70 years of conflict, the current plan is to have the Eastern Jerusalem as the capital for the Palestinian State and the Western Jerusalem as the Capital for Israel State. Israel insists to have the whole Jerusalem as Israel capital.

Who was the prime minister of Israel in 1995?
There were two prime ministers during 1995: Yitzhak Rabin and Shimon Peres.
Yitzhak Rabin (1922-1995) was prime minister for most of 1995, but was assassinated on November 4, 1995, the only Israeli prime minister killed in office.
Shimon Peres became acting prime minister succeeding Rabin, from November 4-22. He was elected on November 22, 1995 and was voted out on June 18, 1996. He served twice as prime minister, previously from 1984-1986. Shimon Peres is now the current president of the State of Israel, having been elected in 2007.

When was Jeremy Hardy vs. the Israeli Army created?
Jeremy Hardy vs. the Israeli Army was created in 2003.
Answer 1
Despite which country is involved, it is often difficult for one country to intervene in another country's affairs because of cultural differences. Most countries want to be respectful to other cultures, without imposing one set of morals or standards on another culture. Questions about "innocence" or "guilt" often are blurry when unrest occurs within a country; other countries do not want to impose an outside morality or vision of morality on a different culture. The UN, despite it's desire to be helpful, the UN also has no military power to enforce its regulations; instead, the UN seeks cooperative changes where countries still maintain an autonomous control over their own in-country difficulties. Plus... the fact is, any country who steps into high tension conflicts must be prepared to 'go to war'... and most countries do not want to go to that high of risk, for obvious reasons.
Answer 2
Assuming for the sake of argument that Israel is attacking innocent Palestinians, (and there is definitely room to contest this issue), there are several reasons why the United States government would be less concerned about this:
Voter Capital: The Jews in the United States are not a very large population but they are strategically placed in the battleground state of Florida. Additionally, many American Evangelicals express a strong support of Israel since they believe that this will lead to Armageddon and the Rapture, for which they are very excited. As a result, candidates will show their Support for Israel by not criticizing actions that may be less than desirable. Pro-Arab voters are not typically swing votes since the Republican Party has thoroughly disgusted most Arab Americans with its hateful rhetoric towards them and are therefore not courted by the Republicans and not seen as needing courtship by Democrats.
Foreign Capital: There are numerous states whose human rights abuses the United States does not discuss or condemn. The most obvious is Saudi Arabia with its horrific treatment of women, the incarcerated and the stifling of dissent. China's repression of the Muslims in Xinjiang Province is almost never discussed by the administration. Pakistan's violent engagement with the Baloch is also off-limits. There are other examples as well of this trend. The thing unifying these countries with Israel is that the United States wishes to retain strategic relationships with these countries and one way to do that is to refrain from criticizing undesirable behavior.
State Development: Especially as concerns Jerusalem, it could be argued that Israel should not be put in a position where it has to freeze all construction and modernization of the city simply because the territory is disputed. Nobody claims that India, Pakistan, and China cannot build new structures and modify existing structures in Jammu, Kashmir, and Aksai Chin. No nation has objection to Turkish Cypriot construction and development of North Cyprus, even though most countries see it as a Turkish occupation. The reasons are simple, the world does not stop because a territory is disputed and as time passes, the situations change.
Right to Defense: American recognize that every state has the right to protect its people, even states that the US believes are illegitimate or bellicose (such as Iran or Venezuela). Therefore, Israel has the legitimate right to defend its people. Whether or not that defense is disproportionate to the need may be questioned, but there is no way to avoid civilian casualties when a state is constantly required to put down insurrections and insurgencies.
As concerns the United Nations, there have been more resolutions proposed about the Arab-Israeli Conflict than about any singular other event-group. This is because the UN has a large group of Muslim-majority countries that would rather blame Israel for everything that goes wrong in the world than confront the fact that most of them are immoral dictatorships that repress their own people. The United States has vetoed nearly every such resolution since 1970. One of the main exceptions to this was UN Resolution 3379 in 1975 which claimed that Zionism was racism. (Since this was a General Assembly vote, the United States had no veto.) The Resolution has since been revoked by UN Resolution 4686.
What happened to the 12 Tribes of Israel?
Nobody knows, but it is presumed that they assimilated into Babylonian culture.
Answer:When they were carried into captivity (traditional date: 555 BCE), the Ten Tribes were brought at first to Assyria, but later spread further afield. Fanciful notions which were put forth centuries ago (such as identifying the Ten Tribes with the Native Americans, Irish or Japanese) may be ignored. Less unreasonable are reports linking the Ten Tribes with groups in Afghanistan or the Arabian peninsula (for example). But these remain moot until the Future Redemption and are not dwelt upon in Judaism today. It should be noted that we Jews, descendants of Judah, do possess among us small percentages of every one of the other eleven Tribes, since there was a slight amount of intermingling before the two Kingdoms separated. See for example the Talmud, Pesachim 4a.
The matter has not been argued in a court of international law, so in some sense, you're asking a matter of individual opinion, and you might well receive different answers from different people, or even from the same people at different times.
Resisting the inclination to regurge my own opinion, which will put you no farther ahead than you are now, I'll just point out that out of the 193 member nations of the United Nations, 161 of them recognize and maintain diplomatic relations with Israel, and that Israel also has full diplomatic relations with The Holy See and with the European Union ... both non-members of the UN.
It so happens that I'm personally quite convinced of Israel's legitimacy, but there's no reason why you should give a fig about what I think. It's more important for you to contemplate the 161 UN member nations and the two non-members that also think so.
No!.
Israel in conflict and not in war, sometimes this conflict make wars, and these are local and not all over israel, so when there is war most of israel work fine and regular .
As of May 5, 2012, Israel is not actively engaged in any war. However, Israel has a de jure state of war with Lebanon, Syria, Saudi Arabia, and Yemen as a result of not signing any proper peace accords with them since 1948. (A de jure state of war results when no treaty ending a war has been signed. For example, the United States and the Second Reich of Germany were at war from 1917-1921 in a de jure sense because even though the Armistice was signed in 1918, no American-German Treaty was ratified until 1921.) Israel additionally controls the occupied territories, which is seen as some as act of war. If this is true, then the Pakistani, Indian and Chinese occupations of parts of Jammu and Kashmir should also be considered acts of war since they are controlling disputed territories with different ethnicities than those of the country at large.

When did israeli become prime minister?
Israeli is a nationality, not a person who has ever been a Prime Minister.
If you meant to write Disraeli, referring to the British Prime Minister, he served in that role on two occasions: 27 February 1868 - 1 December 1868 and 20 February 1874 - 21 April 1880.
Why did Hezbollah not assist the Palestinians during the Gazan War of 2008?
Answer 1
Hezbollah are based in Lebanon, although in reality they are from Iran and are of Iranian nationality. They live and work in Lebanon. Hezbollah is a milita and despite what most people believe, Hezbollah does not have absolute power over governments. That is, even Hezbollah and other militas can only do what the governments will allow them to do.The current Gaza crisis now in January 2009 is very similar to the Lebanon invasion of 2006. And it has been reported that other governments have not done anything to stop the Israeli bombing of Gaza. Hamas is also not helping the people in Gaza either. Also Gaza cannot be reached easily by other countries, as to get there one has to go Israel, and this is difficult. As Israel does not allow a lot of people into the country, people with Syrian or Lebanese passports and with passports from most other countries Arab and others who are not at peace with Israel or have not signed a peace treaty. Egypt and Jordan have, but even citizens of those countries cannot get into Israel. Egypt has closed its borders with Israel and Israel won't let anybody in or out now. Hezbollah and other militas cannot get into Israel anymore than anybody else can. They and other militas have been forbidden by the Lebanese government from intervening in any way.The Iranian government, who originally created Hezbollah, fears that if Hezbollah or other militas get involved in any way with the currant crisis, Israel will invade Lebanon again or even invade Iran or other Arab countries. As mentioned Hezbollah cannot go against the government, and also the country, Israel and Gaza is closed to outsiders. There for entry into or out of by the militas is impossible. Other governments want to help, but Israel is closed even to other governments. The Israelis have killed and arrested innocent people trying to help aid workers and reporters. So Gaza is out of reach for everybody and people in Gaza are trapped there, as they cannot get out.
Answer 2
There are a few reasons why Hezbollah has not assisted the Palestinians during the Gazan War of 2008.
Lack of Access: Hezbollah has no naval craft and could not have made an amphibious landing in Gaza or Egypt to begin an offensive in Gaza against Israel.
Avoiding an Invasion of Lebanon: Hezbollah is aware from the 2006 Israeli-Hezbollah War that Israel is more than willing to hunt them down if they violate the UN Ceasefire Zone along the Israeli-Lebanese border to attack from Lebanon. Hezbollah may have packaged the war as a victory against Israel, but it was not interested in losing militants for no real benefit.
Dead Body Propaganda: Hezbollah at its core is not interested in the Palestinians, but the eradication of Israel. Nothing makes Israel look worse than numerous civilian casualties in Palestine. As a result, they also choose to intentionally do nothing to prolong the fighting and increase the number of Palestinian deaths to humiliate Israel.
Iranian Prohibition: Iran is more than happy to maintain the current Iranian-Israeli Proxy Wars, but Hezbollah's direct involvement in the Gazan War could spark a rise from mere proxy wars to actual war. Iran wishes to avoid conflict until a time when it could assure victory and has ordered Hezbollah to stand down.
Notes on Answer 1
There are a few assertions that Answer 1 makes that are false:

As of the end of 2010 / beginning of 2011, almost exactly 50% of the world's Jews
live in Israel, and the remaining 50% are still dispersed among roughly 135 other
countries.
The far between Palestine and Yemen is the tall area of Saudi Arabia and Jordan
What type of people make up Israel and how does that influence the country?
