Who owns the property of the holy places in Israel?

Answer 1
Israel controls access to the ones that are in Israel, which is arguably the main reason that followers of all faiths with holy places in Israel have free and secure access to those places.

Answer 2
To say that the Israeli government controls the Holy Places in Israel is not entirely accurate.

The Jewish Holy Sites are administered directly by the Israeli government ministries devoted to religious matters, which have heavy Orthodox Jewish membership. The Dome of the Rock Shrine and the Al-Aqsa Mosque are maintained and managed by the Islamic Waqf which is a Palestinian/Jordanian Islamic organization which has minimal ties with the Israeli government and has actively promoted anti-Zionist propaganda. The Church of the Holy Sepulchre is officially owned by the Palestinian Muslim Nusseibeh family which holds onto the keys of the Church in order to prevent any particular Christian denomination from having control of the church and ostensibly preventing others from worshiping. The Church is used according to the Status Quo Agreement, which stipulates how often each Christian group can use the facility. The Druze community owns and maintains Nabi Shu'ayb (The Tomb of Jethro) which is a Druze holy site in Israel.

Is Israel a bad country?

Answer 1

Yes, Israel is a bad country because Allah did not give them a home land because Allah hates them a lot . so for a home land they are fighting Palestine to rule the country . This is written by Allah in holy Qur'an.

Answer 2

No. Israel is a good country. People have freedom of speech, faith, and assembly. The police protect the people instead of harassing them. All Israeli Citizens have the right to an education and the ability to vote (once they reach the age of 18). There are currently three Israeli-Arab parties in the Israeli Parliament who vocally criticize Israeli policy (as opposed to Iran where the Jewish representative is a puppet only). Whenever Israel is accused of maltreating its Arab minorities or the Palestinians in the Occupied Territories, they mount a full-scale inquiry and these inquiries have, on occasion, presented strong indictments of Israeli policy to the Israeli Government. The Israeli Army is subordinate to the Civilian Government.

As concerns the previous answer, the Holy Qur'an proves that the Jews have rights to the State of Israel (5:20-21, 17:100-104, 26:59) and there is no verse that describes Palestinians, the Levant (Bilaad Ash-Sham), or Arab territorial rights to any place in Israel. Jerusalem/Al-Qods is never actually mentioned, although it is alluded to. A wondrous event took place there, but there is certainly no mention of territorial control or ownership of Jerusalem. This is as opposed to Mohammed actively claiming that Arabia belongs to Muslims in various Hadiths.

As concerns the claim of genocide, which some argue Israel is performing, I invite people to go to the Related Question below which explains step by step why what Israel is doing in the Palestinian Territories is not genocide. Israel does reserve the right, like all countries to prevent violence being perpetrated against its citizenry. Nobody objects to the Russian quashing of Chechen rebels, the Indonesian quashing of Acehnese, nor the Pakistani quashing of the Balochis (except the members of these particular groups) even though these result in a much higher percentage of civilian casualties in the death tolls. The reason that these are "acceptable" is that there is no dispute that Russia, Indonesia, and Pakistan have a right to self-defense. For some reason, people are not willing to concede that part of nationhood to Israel, which is far more liberal socially and politically than Russia, Indonesia, and Pakistan.

As concerns the stifling of Palestinian growth, the West Bank is currently seeing the highest rate of economic growth anywhere in the Middle East (roughly 6% annually) under the leadership of the Palestinian Authority's Salaam Fayyad. New businesses are being developed and opened, infrastructure is growing, and even though the Occupation is still a major concern, Israel is not preventing these good signs. Hamas, and Ismail Haniyeh in particular, prefer to engage in active and passive warfare rather than building a structured economy and the Palestinians in Gaza have been the unfortunate recipients of what that policy yields.

What kind of food do Israelis eat for Hanukkah?

Most Israel people have grandparents or great-grandparents who grew up in over 100 different countries, and when the families came to Israel, they brought not only their styles of everyday cuisine with them, but also their own traditional holiday dishes.

If you wanted to nail them all down to just a few cultural backgrounds, those might be the Ashkenazi from eastern Europe and Russia, the Sefardi from the countries of the Spanish and Portuguese empires, and the Mizrachi from what is now the Arab/Persian world. But even within one of those categories, you would find a broad spectrum of tastes and traditions, reflecting many countries and many centuries. Just like the modern state of Israel itself.

Jelly donuts have become popular for Hanukkah in Israel in recent years. For Ashkenazim, latkes (potato pancakes) are traditional.

Why is Judaism founded in Israel and not in most other Middle east countries?

A religion can only be founded in one place. Judaism was not an expansionist religion seeking converts. It stayed in a very small enclave until it was brought to other regions through deportations and forced exoduses.

If you meant to ask "Why is Judaism found in Israel and not in most other Middle East countries?" see the Related Question below.
