The best think is to cook and serve real Italian food, made as we(Italians) do. All the time I was abroad and I ate in an "Italian restaurant" I was dissapointed: the Italian food was cooked for the "natives taste"...and it's not the same taste as you can eat in Italy, unless you go to high quality restaurants= pay high bill. So, why do you have to pay high bill to eat a good Italian food abroad?
