How can one obtain certification six sigma?
Six Sigma is a proven methodology for improving processes and achieving improvements in an organizational setting. Some companies offer Six Sigma training and certification for their employees. If your employer does not offer this training you will need to select a certifying organization, complete the certification requirements and apply for your certification.
What are the importance of quality control?
The main objective of quality assurance is to avoid problems or to identify them as soon as possible. Quality assurance is important because it is cheaper for a company to correct problems earlier in the development process than to correct them later on.
How is urea manufactured industrially?
It is through one reaction which releases heat and another which absorbs it that urea is synthesized in industry.
Specifically, the first reaction involves ammonia and carbon dioxide. The energy release results in the formation of ammonium carbamante. The second reaction will break above-mentioned compound down into urea and water.
Which is the classification of industries on the basis of raw materials?
classify manufacturing industries into two groups on the basis of sources of raw materials used
How is electrisity stoped by rubber?
Any dry material that is an insulator is normally a poor conductor of electricity and that is the reason, if it is used in the right way, it can help to stop you from getting an electric shock. By itself rubber doesn't stop you from getting a shock or from being electrocuted. Just having some rubber in your pocket or having some rubber somewhere in the room with you will not stop you from killing yourself if you touch a high voltage wire. That is not a joke. Kids and adults have killed themselves because they did not really know what they were doing. Electric power is really dangerous and should never ever be played with.Dry rubber is normally a good insulator so wearing dry rubber gloves and dry rubber-soled shoes can help to protect you if you have to work with electric power but any experienced electrician will tell you this: Because electricity is so dangerous you must go to school to learn how to work safely with electricity - and pass the necessary exams - before you try to fix anything that plugs into receptacles or sockets in your home, in your school or anywhere else.
Do rubber bands last longer if stored in freezer?
no because they'll go really brittle and will snap much easily
Who do you call someone who inspect products?
Probably something like: Quality Control, or Quality Control Inspector.
Who is responsible for defining the quality of a product or service in six sigma?
Six sigma blackbelt
Centralized vs decentralized systems in supply chain management?

What are the advantages and disadvantages of using CAM Computer Aided Manufacturing?
it doesnt work very well and CAD is better also its better to use your hands
how can CAD be better? CAD and CAM are nearly the same thing.
Cad is not the same as CAM. CAM is usually for product design, while CAD is for general purpose. If you want to know more, I suggest that you hire a freelancer at Freelancer.com. Besides helping you, they can also do any kind of project for you. Use this code "3DPROTOTYPE" as reference. Thanks
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
Actually you have those answers backwards. CAD is a design program that allows you to do the actual design work of a new part or the modification of an older part. Once you have completed the design of the part and depending on the CAD program you are using you can generate blueprints or a 3D solid model of the part.
Once you have the design completed the part file is imported into the CAM program. Here the user generates the tool path (the path the cutting tool will travel to remove metal, plastic or whatever) decides what tools are going to be used.
Difference between mild steel and high tensile steel?
About a decade ago, a consortium of thirty-five steel companies worldwide undertook a massive programme to design, build, and test an UltraLight Steel Auto Body (ULSAB).W-1. ULSAB proved to be lightweight, structurally sound, safe, executable and affordable. One of the major contributors to the success of the ULSAB was a group of new steel types and grades called Advanced High Strength Steels (AHSS) (or ultra high-tensile steel).
The main reason to utilize AHSS is their better performance in crash energy management, which allows one to down gauge with AHSS. In addition, these engineered AHSS address the automotive industry's need for steels with higher strength than conventional mild steels and enhanced formability. The DP (Dual phase) and TRIP (Transformation induced plasticity) steels may provide additional stretchability (but not bendability) compared to conventional steels such as HSLA steels within the same strength range. The CP (Complex phase) and MS (Martensitic) steels extend the strength range while maintaining the same formability.
While the ULSAB proved these AHSS provided a major benefit to the automotive industry, these steels reacted differently from traditional higher strength steels in forming and assembly. Worldwide working groups within the WorldAutoSteel organization created the AHSS Application Guidelines (See the link below) to explain how and why AHSS steels were different from traditional mild and higher strength steels in terms of press-forming, fabrication, and joining processes for automotive underbody, structural, and body panels designed for higher strength steels.
There were always a tendency for automation, because the world needs to produce more and more, faster and faster. Employees simply move to another function.
What is is an example of service industry and manufacturing industry?
Example for service industry would be Banking, Insurance, Investment etc..
Via., Example for manufacturing industry would be Iron and steel industry, Textile industry, Pharmaceutical industry etc..
In brief service industry is meant to render services to consumers(end users). Via., Manufacturing industry is to produce/manufacture goods, and sell it to customers(who might be not end users of products) and consumers.
Who manufactures Super Scan TV?
Apparently, Sylvania or a sister company produces SuperScan TVs. However, I have also seen mention of Daewoo and HiTec (?) as the manufacturer. http://www.amazon.com/Sylvania-6719DD-VCR-Triple-Combo/dp/B000093UQR http://answers.google.com/answers/threadview?id=398503
How much does is cost to manufacture a 1gb ddr2 ram?
When you are buying RAM, remember to check how much your computer can handle first. How to do this depends on what system you are using.
Also remember that for your computer to handle RAM better, divide it evenly. If you want to get 1GB, get two 512MB sticks. If you want to get 2GB, get two 1GB sticks, and so on. This way it will be easier for the computer to handle it.
The cost of RAM depends on A) What brand you get and B) What size you get. The brand really does not matter. People will try to tell you "Get this brand! It's so much better than this other brand!" But it's really not. A brand is just a name. Shakespeare said "A rose by any other name would smell as sweet."

Hope this helps! Good luck!
