You may want to get this looked at as it is possible that it could be genital herpes if you have been exposed to them. Not sure about the toothpaste aspect but it is possible it may be a reaction if you have had toothpaste on your penis as the area of skin is very sensitive.

The heat to much sun on the skin like being in an oven or being burnt !! Our skin is very sensitive and some burn faster then others cause they have eczema or allergies it burns your skin and specially children,parents don't know how to prevent this and even being out for 10 minutes can be so deadly for anyone with very sensitive skin...one of the best things is ashes of bamboo leaf and coconut oil and mix together and it last a life time have a big jar at home and this product saves your skin from being burnt and put an ice pack with a towel too cool the burning and also very good with any kind of burns and to take it a step further put some cold noni fruit or juice on a face clothe and best is put ashes with coconut oil first and noni on top with and ice pack and it sure never fail in our family and old island tradition ..i hope this works for you all..

My dog had same issue....I used diaper rash cream. The trick is to keep the dog from trying to lick it off. If that doesnt work, try neosporen. But if the dog keeps licking it off, it wont do any good

It might be caused by allergy to gluten in wheat, rye, barley. My husband suffered five or six years with painful blisters and itchy places on knees, butt, scalp, etc. The pain and itchiness made him miserable. He was finally diagnosed with Dermatitis Herpetiformis, caused by gluten allergy. He now takes Dapsone (inexpensive) and avoids breads and flour products as much as possible. Now and then he gets an itchy spot, but takes a bit more medicine and cuts out all wheat products for while.

THE BEST THING YOU CAN DO IS CALL YOUR DOCTOR ,IT MAY EVEN BE AN ALLERGIC REACTION AND IT CAN BE HIVES OR POISOM IVY OR SUMAC. SINCE THERE ARE SO MANY REASONS WHY A CALL TO YOUR DOCTOR WOULD BE BEST OR GO TO THE LOCAL EMERGENCY ROOM AND LET THEM SCRAPE IT , SOME CAN BE SERIOUS SUCH AS MRSA SO GET THIS CHECKED OUT ASAP. GET WELL AND SEEK MEDICAL TREATMENT FOR THE RASH.

I would go see a doctor. Anything that moves on your body, and wasn't placed there at birth.. should be looked at. The above poster is absolutely correct and I just wanted to add that there are a myriad of rashes so only a good dermatologist would be able to diagnose your problem. It could be you have an inflammation of a nerve and you should have it checked out by your doctor ASAP.

I'm currently going through that too. Try washing it with a face wash by neutrogena or something. Then put some extra virgin olive oil on it, not a lot though, just a little so its soft. Then after it soaks in put some, not a lot, of makeup over it. I hope that helped!
