It's possible ! About ten years ago, I didn't close the doors properly on one of my Burmese python vivariums. I went to bed as normal, and the next morning when I woke up I could feel something heavy on my legs. On moving the bed-covers, the python (about 8 feet long, and roughly 40 pounds in weight) was laid across my lower legs and feet (maybe he liked the smell !)

Apophis was a snake god from Egyptian Mythology. Apophis is the son of the primordial deities Nun and Neith. He was born at the beginning of time and became enemy to the sun god Ra. Ra traveled the Duat, or underworld, at night and fought Apophis, who's goal in life was to destroy the world. When Apophis began learning magic and started killing magicians and Pharaohs, every night, Ra led a army of gods (See bottom) on the sun boat Sektet to fight Apophis and his army of demons and monsters. They're looks are almost the same. A black mamba is black (you should know that) and lives in really hot places like deserts (I just think so okay? probably it's correct). While a green mamba's green and lives in well... jungles, so it can camouflage itself.
