Acne

Wellbutrin has caused my acne. It's gotten worse over the last few months. I finally figured out what was causing it after visiting the doctor twice and she couldn't figure it out. I have never had acne before taking Wellbutrin. This medication has lots of good effects but the only way to cure my acne has been to cut my dosage in half.

You can tell if your pores are clogged if your skin consists of tiny blackheads. These blackheads can be removed with special blackhead peeling strips (I use the green tea kind). They are usually sold in Asian markets. Otherwise, they have creams that you can apply and exfoliate.

For me, I heavily rely on the strips made by a company called "The Face Shop".

They do not have a online store, but they have several locations around the U.S.

The strip I use gets rid of the blackheads right before your eyes.

If you don't like these methods you can also steam your face by boiling water and placing your face above the pot for a couple of minutes. This will open up your pores.

I know this answer sounds weird but it actually works. If you rub toothpaste into your skin where your pimples are right before you go to sleep they get much smaller. Toothpaste makes the pimples dry so they shrivel and become much smaller. Also toothpaste has fluoride, which kill the bacteria and makes the pimples cleaner so they are not as clogged and disgusting. Another thing you can do is pop them, but you can't pop them right when you get them you must pop them when they are ready (which could take a while). It worked for me and now the pimples are gone! :D

You'll be fine. It's not recomended that you swallow this stuff, but just a little bit swallowed can't hurt. It's a little bit like swallowing a tiny bit of tooth paste or mouth wash. Unless it's alot, you won't need the hospital.

It is possible.. I would take a few more tests to be sure, though. And see your doctor. I would also think about what contraception you are using and if this is as effective as you think. Is there a high chance you could be pregnant due to that form of contraception 9if there was one.) Depending on your age/other factors it sounds as if your periods may just be irregular. Good luck!

1: wash your face thouroughly with a mild medicated soap and warm water at least twice a day. 2: pat dry your face with a towel [don't rub, it will only make it worse] 3: apply an oil free facial moisturizer at least 2 times a day and when the spots feel dried out again 4: apply sunscreen when going outdoors [sun exposure will make it worse as well]

If they're red, they could be a minor skin condition like excema or psoriasis. I got psoriasis myself at a young age, twelve or thirteen or so. Excema makes your skin look red, in patches and psoriasis is when the skin grows back too quickly. Take a visit to the dermatologist, they'll setlle your fears =)

Bacterial hand wash favors the growth of bacteria on the surface of the skin ( hands). On the other hand ( no pun intended) ANTI bacterial hand wash does not favor bacterial growth and in fact contains agents to prevent any bacterial growth on the hands.

You should wash your face when you go to bed especially when you have been wearing makeup. If you use a facial scrub, I wouldn't suggest using it every night.

Cleanse your skin regularly, try eating less oily/fatty foods as this can increase the amount of sebum and cause inflamed acne. Also manage your stress levels which boosts the appearance of pimples and blackheads as which appear in the processadolescence aka puberty.

u can use aveno cleansing soap for face use it daily and always wash your face try not to make people touch your face

People with oily skin can also benefit from hyaluronic acid, but be careful

oily skin can easily be overloaded with hydration causing dull skin.

Here are some home made face masks I hope u at least try 1 and yes these masks will clear up acne

1 get backing soda and water mix it until it is a cream apply on your whole face leave it on for 10-15 minutes then wash off with warm water

2 put white toothpaste on your pimples before u go to bed and sleep with the toothpaste on your face and when u wake up in the morning wash it off with warm water

3 put lemon juice on your face for about 10-15 minutes then rinse with warm water

4 warm up some honey for 10 seconds NOO LONGER THEN TEN SECONDS and put it on your whole face leave it for 15 minutes then wash it off with warm water

5 wash your face 2 times a day in the morning and at night

6 put 2 get whites in a bowl with plain yogurt and leave it on for 10 minutes then wash with warm water

most likely you are allergic to something in the medicine. stop taking immediately and the spots and rash should go away, if not call doctor right away. you should probably call a doctor anyway to see what alternative they suggest to the welbutrin.
