with the car in park, and the ignition on. adjust the seat to a comfortable position and adjust the mirrors so that you can see. hit the "MEMO" button on the memory seat switch panel and immediatly after hit either "position 1" or "position 2". it will store settings for mirrors and seats for each position so 2 total. after you push MEMO don't adjust any setting as this will make you exit program mode.

I actually have a 1998 Acura CL 3.0 and changed the headlights on it 2 weeks ago. The first thing you do after propping the hood is start loosening the plastic fasteners (they should pop off). Once you have them all undone you can remove the entire plastic cover piece. From there you can look to where the back of the headlights would be and see wires in a clip going into the headlight. There should be a little notch that you need to get the wire removed from the bulb. Simply twist and the old bulb comes out and you just follow the same steps backwards to get the new bulb in. NOTE: There is a gel you can place on the inside of the plastic adapter to help your bulb from overheating and frying any wires/bulbs. If by stud you mean wheel stud you have to remove the bearing and have a shop take it out or rent a press and press it out yourself because wheel studs are pressed onto the wheel bearing.

What do i need to do to fix my 2001 CL-S i only have 2nd and 3rd gears and transmission will not shift on its own. Also tranny fluid is NOT discolored or burnt. HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!!

I have a 2001 3.2 CL Type S. Mine has the sport-shift. I had this same problem for the first time about 2 years ago. A friend of mine looked at it (he was NOT a professional) but he could not tell me for sure what was the cause for the problem. He did advise me to be gentle with my shift because there was probably something going wrong with the transmission. I took his advice and now Ialways come to a complete stop before switching gears (prior to that I would throw my car in drive while still coasting backward in reverse), also always make sure the brake is pressed completely before slowly changing gears. (I know it probably sounds like a hassle but it's really not.) Since then the problem has not progressed at all (in fact it hasn't happened in months) and my transmission is still working fine. A couple of months ago I talked to a professional about it and he said the "mode switch" is going out and that it would be over $500 to fix. He said I could wait to fix it when it goes completely out but I would probably have to have it towed because it may not shift at all (even if I would disengage the shift-lock). Hope this helps!

All Acura's have Radio codes. You will need the code if the power has been disconnected from your battery. It is a five digit code that can normally be found either in your drivers manual or on a business card size card that reads Acura Radio Code. If you enter the radio code incorrect three times it will lock you out of the radio and you will have to disconnect the battery to start the process again. Radio Codes are specific to your VIN number, a dealer CAN NOT "create" one for you. If the originating dealer put the code in the American Honda Motor Co system then your local dealer will be able to assist you. Call them with your VIN Number and have proof of ownership ready, some dealers will ask you for it. If your radio code is not in the American Honda system then the ONLY way to get the code is to remove the radio as it is on a sticker on the back of the radio head. You don't need to cut the wires at all, I just got mine installed in 5 minutes with the adapter speaker plug, I got them from Amazon for 16 bucks but you save a lot of time and you don't mess the wire system of your car with the black tape and stuff. either you or a mechanic has to remove the front of the dash and get to the tiny little bulbs back there. Its a pain but if your reasonably mechanical-the bulbs are dirt cheap and its not too hard to remove the dash. Just keep track of the screws removed with a pen and a chart. Otherwise: 1 hour for as mechanic and about $20 in parts {300% mark-up}
