Can lactose intolerant babies still be breast fed?

NO! the formula a woman produces in breast milk is going to be like from a cow but with alot more nutrients. you would have to use soy formula or soy milk. =( sorry to break it to you ANSWER

Sorry that is not true. The breast milk doesn't have the same bonds of proteins that cows milk does. Most people who have milk allergies are allergic to the bonds that make up the milk which makes lactose. The chains of proteins aren't exactly the same. My daughter could take breast milk but formula, she couldn't digest the proteins. I suggest that you try hypoallergenic milk if you decide to go on formula. Ask your doctor first. Did your baby have a test to say it is intolerant? It could be colic or it could be something wrong with the formula. If you are breastfeeding, you need to do the elimination diet. Usually babies that are intolerant to milk proteins that a breast fed are having problem digesting the dairy that you have eaten. It seems to me that you are breastfeeding so try to eliminate things like chocolate, then some dairies and things that seem to make your baby fussy. To know if your baby has a milk allergy (not a true allergy because they usually outgrown it within the first year), ask your pediatrician to give them the milk allergy test.

What is better for a cold a cool mist humidifier or a warm mist humidifier?

As opposed to a cool mist humidifier, a warm mist humidifier uses heated water to provide humidity. It is also sometimes used to dispense medications into the air. A warm mist humidifier is more soothing if you have the chills. A cool mist humidifier might be preferable if you have a cold during warm months, if you don't want more heat in the room. Either will be a great benefit to help open sinuses and soothe dry skin.

Can antihistamines cause kidney problems?

Yes long term use and/or abuse of antihistamines can cause kidney problems. Some of the problems a person may have is very diverse. Some of the more serious are kidney stones and kidney failure. I have pretty bad allergies and the summer time is the worst time of the year for me. In the 4 months I was taking OTC antihistamines on a daily basis and at the end of the summer I had 2 kidneys that were caused from the antihistamines i was taking. Also having taken the medications for so long and frequently I noticed the medications effects lessened as time went on so I can see how easy it would be for someone to begin abusing this medication.

I would recommend seeing a chiropractor. Often times there can be misalignments of the upper spine putting pressure on nerves that communicate to the sinuses. Typically sinus headaches will be in the sinus and forehead region. At one time I had bad allergies, and even had allergy shots. But the thing that helped the most with headaches and my allergies was having my neck adjusted. I also learned that I did not have the normal "C" curve in the neck like you should from the x-ray he did.
