There likely will be no problem if the amount of canine flea medicine ingested was within the dosage range for a dog similar in size to the cat, but take the cat to a veterinarian if it swallowed a much larger amount of the medicine or if it appears to be sick. Yes, if you think your cat has mites you need to start by confining the cat to one area and clean, possibly steam clean or professional carpet cleaners and inform them of the mite problem, everything the cat has came into contact with. (i.e. pillows, carpets, beds)

Not unless you are infested with them... it's not healthy to have worms living in you.

The most common worm to live inside a human is the Threadworm (or Pinworm).

Threadworms are tiny little white worms, about 3cm long. The female worms lay their eggs in your gut which go down to the rectum (butt). These eggs are coated in a sticky white substance which causes the butt to get itchy, or tickly when the worms move. If you're a girl, then the female may move forwards and lay her eggs in your vagina.

In the UK, these worms are more likely to be on kids. When you itch your butt, sometimes people won't wash their hands and the next time you put your fingers in your mouth is when the worms under your nails will travel down your throat to your gut once again. This is a lifecycle.

Consult your doctor if you think you have worms. He'll give you a tablet which starves the worms to death.

Yes ticks do have two eyes on the front of their bodies.

Your vetrinarian can provide you with a lotion that can be swabbed into the ears that will kill the mite infestation. Daily treatments will clear up the problme in about a week or two.

Or if you prefer a natural way of ridding your dog of ear mites, you can use olive oil in the ears to suffocate the mites. This will take persistance and at least a week of treatment.

No, there are no worms that are caused by ingestion of hair.

I will assume this is in reference to a canine. Generally, depending on type of worm, a day or two is usually the length of period the dog stays lethargic and should be left to rest. During this time the worms are being murdered and are or will be leaving the host's body either through regurgitation or excrement. This does not apply toward heartworms and the vet will consult you on their behavior when receiving this treatment.
