The original iMac G3 was introduced in 1998. The iMac G5 which placed all the components behind the screen came out in 2004.

Steam's listing for Skyrim doesn't include any Mac systems in its System Requirements.

So the answer's probably no, at least for now.

The MacBook is made of polycarbonate and is coloured white whereas the Pro is made of aluminum. The Pro has a generally higher spec - includes FireWire port, SD card slot etc. and has a backlit keyboard which are not included with the MacBook. The white MacBook has a better Wi-Fi range than the aluminum model owing to the fact that aluminum blocks Wi-Fi signals to an extent..

The MacBook Air is designed to operate with a wireless network. A USB/Ethernet adapter can be purchased to add wired capabilities if needed.

While not literal face time, you can get something that is the exact thing. You will need a webcam (either one that you buy or if you computer has a built in one) then you will need software so that you can video chat, a popular one is Skype and I know it runs on windows, and IMO quite sure Macs too. (Not so sure about Linux.

Jailbreaking refers to iOS machines made by Apple. There is no need to Jailbreak an Apple Macintosh computer because, if you wanted to, you can load and run the Microsoft made Windows Operating System, natively. The Macintosh will run and act as if it were an any other ordinary PC.

Hey I also was looking for Pivot when i first got my macbook but you actually can't get it.


There is though a very similar program called Stykz which is almost the exact same as Pivot only this is for mac.


I downloaded it for free so Im assuming it still is up for free.

Apple employees discounts have just changed, the new price is below... Employees get a $500 discount off of Apple Computers. Although the employee is only able to take advantage of this every 3 years and must be an employee for 3 months... They also cannot use this advantage on new Mac Computers such as the recently announced retina display MacBook Pro....

Apple products rarely have discounted prices. However, there are a couple ways one can obtain a MacBook Pro for less than the purchase price. Mac is a computer brand from Apple. As far as if it's better, everyone has a different opinion. I am NOT saying this from a bi-est view but I think Macs are better. Yes there are some ways in which PCs are better (for example Apple WAY overcharges for everything), I'm not arguing that fact. If you are willing to save the money, Mac is the way to go. If you just want a simple computer with simple software, PC is the way to go. Your choice.

I don't think you can as I believe "Crossover" is a DUAL video card software so you can link the two together for better usage. ALL laptop only have ONE video card, per se.

The newer laptops have a CPU based "video card" (your basically using part of the main CPU for video) that's used for every day stuff like browsing the web, checking e-mail, etc, as it saves battery life. When you need the power of the "dedicated" video card for use for high end gaming, graphics use, etc. then you can enable that one instead of the CPU one. They cannot be used at the same time.

Apple Store...it is better because where i live they give you an ipod touch free when you buy a laptop or imac (i dont know if they are doing the same thing in the whole usa)

There are 2 different laptops. The Macbook Air and the Macbook Pro. The Macbook Air comes in one size which is 11". The Macbook Pro comes in 2 sizes, 13" & 15". Then there is the Mac Mini which comes without a monitor, keyboard, or mouse. It is very tiny and takes up very little space and you can add any monitor, keyboard, & mouse. Next is the all-in-one iMac which comes in 2 sizes. 21.5", & 27". Top of the line is the Mac Pro tower computer which comes without a monitor, keyboard, or mouse. Each one of these can be configured to your liking.

MacBook air - ultra thin and semi powerful and have a smaller screen

MacBook - these ones have been discontinued but you can find them for cheap on eBay , they are compromises with mid range screen size and medium powerful processors .
