The MacBook Pro has more upgradeable items like the hard drive and Ram that you can replace yourself and the MacAir has the Ram and hard drive (flash drive, SSD, etc) soldered directly to the main board so you can't up grade them later.

The MacBook Pro is a bit more powerful then the Air but the Air is much slimmer and lighter then the MB Pro.

There are several ways to do it.

1. Email them to yourself and pick them up on the computer you want to send them to.

2. Save them to a flash drive, MP3/MP4, or digital camera and open them up on the other computer.

3. If the computer that you want the pictures on is in the same house as the other one, save them to a household server. Then pick them up on the other computer.

4. Download the picture on a memery stick and take it to the computer you wahnt it to be on!

From the Desktops Finder menu select Go and then select Applications, or use the three keyboard shortcut keys Command, A and Shift. Power off your computer, and then turn it on, holding command and R until you hear the start chime or see the apple logo. (This boots you into Recovery Mode). Then select disk utility, and there will be a menu on the left-hand side with a bunch of drives. Choose the one named, "Macintosh HD", and click erase. Then make sure Mac OS Extended (Journaled) is selected for format, and make sure the name is Macintosh HD (you can name it whatever you want, but Macintosh HD is what the factory names it). Then click erase in the bottom right. Afterwards, select erase free space from the same menu and choose how securely you want to erase it. Finally, exit disk utility, and select install OSX, and you will have a factory-reset Apple Computer. Note: if you are not on Mountain Lion or above, you will need the install disk to reinstall the Operating System.

Before the Macintosh (1984) Apple made the Apple I (1976 - 1977), Apple II series (1977 - 1993), Apple III (1980 - 1984) and the Apple Lisa (1983 - 1986).
