No one ever did. If you mean infiltrate like a Navy Seal's type of infiltration, you just can't. They stand in an open field, there's no way you can get cover. Also, there are hundreds of guards turning shifts all day long. But if you go up on some CIA career, you had to be some kind of veteran and only the best of the best go there. But Area 51 is a military base, where they do research on how to improve warfare. The only controversy about this base is the alien thing that happened about 50 years ago. But I think that's a lie. I have a Grandad who works in the NASA. He hasn't been shot into space hundreds of times, but he usually works back at Base studying. So I can now tell everyone that is completely impossible for more than 10 races to be less intelligent than us. As far as I've been told, buildings were found on mars and we have searched them, although they could be ghosts or a superior race living there that is extremely hard to identify as there are many eerie voices in the dark temples found on Mars which get louder, louder, and closer and closer, and after 15minutes it sounds like they are literally next to you.
