You can not! I pay for 4 lines. I paid over 3000$ in 2011. My phones (the mom) were stolen. i do not even have a phone. for some time now. Not under contract for all the lines. I have paid att 1/3 monthly income. The would never so any such humanity for thier "customers"!

Now a days it is very difficult. On a land line meters could be used to detect 3rd party listening. My suggestion is purchasing throw away cell phone bought at any 7-11 or gas mini market. That's the cheapest route. Or if you have the connections get disposable clone phones which steal other cell phone account use them a short time and switch. If any home land security agency wants to hear what your saying they will.
