This question should be formulated better. But if you're talking about basic positions, there are five (first, second, third, fourth, fifth), like is usuall taught in any ballet class. The fifth position, though, varies from the Russian (Vaganova) Method, where the feet are completely aligned.

It's all a matter of opinion. Some people may not find it socially acceptable. The reality is a person can wear whatever they want as long as they cover what needs to be covered. Personally I think people should wear what they want and not worry what others think of them.

Ballet flats (or pompes) started out as a male item but has been appropriated by women and is now percieved as a wholly female Item. Consequently, it is taking a while to catch on as unisex but soon just like ear piercing, pink, make up, leggings, etc., will become unisex the more men wear them.

Now more men are starting to wear ballet flats that the fashion industry is catching on and have there own version of male ballet flats so I'm pretty sure that in due time Ballet flats will be part of every men closet, for those who don't already own some that is.

Grade 5 is simply a grade in Ballet, like year 5 in school. You don't necessarily have to complete it, I didn't, to get to the next grade, Intermediate Foundation.

Well as a dancer you are made up from mostly muscle, so instead of being tired, munurised and incapabile of dancing for long hours, you are the oposite.

The ideal weight for your height is 105 lbs or/ 47 kg.

I don't know where you can buy it but I know what the uniform is - so you could buy similar items. Actual uniform for schoolWhite blouse. Black cardigan. Green & navy pleated skirt. Grey tights. Any black shoes suitable for school. Any hair. Ballet Uniform Pink ruched leotard. Pink thin elastic leotard belt. Pink satin ballet shoes. Pink pointe shoes. Hair scraped into a bun. Other Red tracksuit top with white stripes down the arm and white zip on right pocket. Red tracksuit bottoms with white stripes down leg and white zips at bottom of trousers. I think the uniform can be purchased at White Lodge (The Royal Ballet Lower School), but as I said before, I do not actually know. You can purchase most of the school uniform at any grocery/clothes shop, but I think you will have to hunt around to find the skirt. Ballet uniform can be purchased at any dance store, online or in-store. Tracksuits may be on sale at dance shops or any sports shops. Good luck -- hope I helped!

On stage they will wear a costume, probably a tutu. But while in class the proper uniform is a black leotard, pink ballet tights, leather or canvas ballet shoes, and your hair in a nice bun. Wrap or pull-on skirts and bun accessories are a nice touch!
