Put on the glide suit and fly across to the right and behind the gate where you will find the pieces to assemble a bulldozer which can destroy the gate and let you advance to the next area.

At the lion exhibit destroy the gate. run stage right, fly across and destroy all the objects to discover a rotor switch which will extend the bridge. You will also discover a turtle. Return stage left and destroy everything adjacent to the shack. Use the tech suit to direct the turtle under the door and onto the button which will open the door.
