Bostons for show purposes are accepted in three general colors. Black and white, brindle and white or Seal and white. Seal is a very very dark color to where is looks black but has a golden brindle or choclaty look when in direct sunlight. Brown and white and beige and white are common but not to show standards.

Cairn Terriers are very loyal dogs that are great with other dogs. They love to play. This dog also loves treats. They aren't really barkers. If not trained at an early age, they will be very snappy. They are full of personality.

id say Boston terrier cause both are got very simaler persanalities but English bull dogs cost $1000 dollars and Boston terriers only cost around $250.

I would think, because jack russels are built for speed which would deffentally be good for hunting squirrels because of their speed. Now a Boston terrier would be good for hunting because of thief sharp teeth. So, yes I do think this mix would be a good hunting dog. It's like a triple threat ;)

A more softer coat, but when dirty they have rough fur. Take it from a person who has a 1 1/2 year old male Boston Terrier. He gets dirty. A LOT.

Due to their large heads, many Boston Terrier puppies do have to be born by caesarian as their heads will not fit through the birth canal. However, not all Boston Terriers need this and some can be born naturally. It is best for you to seek advice from your veterinarian as to whether your Dog will need one or not.

allergies is the common answer, especially if you notice it at certain times of the year ( especially spring when all the pollination is going on) also increases with age from what i am experiencing with my dog. A prescribed steriod such as predinoze is a common relief for them, my opinion from my experience with my dog.

Yes they do, but it is very uncommon for a Boston Terrierto lock jaws with another dog or person. You will normally only encounter this if your trying to force something out of the dogs mouth ( Tennis ball, Rope etc. )

yes i have one and she is very friendly and adventurous and she loves to chase small animals
