Well this depends how long you went out with him and a ton of other things. Theres two ways you can think of this.

Way one is that when you broke up with him or he broke up with you, did you decide to be friends or did it end badly? If it ended badly and you broke up with him then could he be trying to make you jealous? Some people after break ups try to ignore the person and stay away because they are trying to get unattached or just completely mad/upset with the person. So you can just not hang with all of them if you feel uncomfortable.

Way two would be just act normal around them just because you broke up with him doesn't mean you have to change who you hang with. Like in school you see the posters or you are told to "Be Yourself". When time comes around you might have a new boyfriend so till then just be yourself and don't let him having another bug you or keep you from hanging with your friends, because there yours too!
