Start seeing your friends, try to have some fun and start getting back into the dating circuit again. By doing so he will see you are not going to sit and mope over him and he may just change his mind, but if not, there really is someone special out there for you whether you think so or not right now.

You should give her the space she is asking for. Sometimes when a woman tells you that, the problem is one of two issues. First, she has met someone else and do not want to tell you. Second, there could be a problem that she have with you but she does not want to hurt your feelings by telling you. If I were you, I would grant her wish and give her a break. That does not mean it is permanent but do not let your guards down. She is requesting a break away from you due to personal reasons that she has not discussed with you. Do not push the issue, just let her go. You should advise her you may not be available when she decides her break time is over and she want to get back with you. When that time comes, you have to ask yourself, what will you do if she want to get back with you?

One thing that will help is to spend time doing things for other people, so you're spending less time thinking about him and yourself. Volunteer work, be more helpful around the house, something where you focus is

outward, not inward. Also, make yourself do things you find fun..don't watch sad romantic movies, or listen to sad songs. Watch and listen to things that make you smile and laugh. Let us know how you're doing!

Okay, from someone who's actually been where you are. I tried filling my time with all kind of activities and things, but when I wasn't busy, all I would do was think about her. And eventually, you burn out if you try to stay super busy.

What you need to do is: You still have feelings and emotions of love, your heart has been awoken, and you can't put it back to sleep. You need to take these emotions and redirect them towards another. Start dating again. It's like shaking a champagne bottle, and you need to pop the cork so you can find normalcy again.

• Cheating is the lowest form of treating someone you are in a relationship with because they trust you and once you have broken that bond of trust it is very difficult to get back. Reflect back on why you and ex left each other and then look at your boyfriend and decide who is the best person to be with. It seems pretty obvious that your ex is playing you like a fine fiddle (having a sexual relationship ... having his cake and eating it too and determined to win you over from your current boyfriend) but don't fall for it! Grow up! At least be honest with your boyfriend and tell him that you are going to break up with him.

Go out shopping with your girlfriends,

Got to a party if there's one going on,

Pamper yourself with a mini spa day,

and Just go out as much as possible.

Because he probably still had feelings for her or she was sad and he didn't want to see her that way.

maybe because either or both are not yet prepared for the relationship. so they end up breaking apart...

Basically, your hubby is a selfish pig. You shouldn't waste any more time on him, if he is with another woman then he obviously does not share the same feelings you share for him. Call it over with.

Because when you have a conversation on Facebook, Twitter, etc it can all be found on the Internet. It NEVER goes away. If you say something cruel about someone, it can still be read by that person, even if you aren't talking to that person. People also can take in things in a different way than you meant them, even if you were trying to be funny, they might not see it that way. Rumors can also be spread, and fast! So watch out for what you say, and for what other people might say! They might not always be taken in like you intended them to be!

You should explain to your girlfriend that she should tell her ex to stop calling and texting messages. You should explain to her you are feeling annoyed by this and it is not fair considering she is now going out with you. Do you see what her responses consist of? There is no way of controlling what other people do. What i may suggest would be to ask your GF to ask him to stop. If he dosent, im pretty sure she can have his number blocked. But when it truly comes down to it, if it dosent bother her, why should it bother you? It's presumed you have a certain amount of time with your beau. Now you know what attracted you to him and his little quirks which you find part of what is attractive. Well the ex-girlfriend knows that too and that's what angers you. It appears your ex girlfriend is pushing your buttons knowing full well you would see those pictures of Facebook and she is phoning you to see what type of reaction she is going to get from you. Be smart and the next time she phones ask if she wants to continue with the relationship she had with you and if she says no then tell her to stop phoning you. If she ignores you and keeps phoning you just don't answer the phone. You deserve better and it's time to confronted your ex one way or the other and if there is no relationship in sight for the two of you it is time for you to move on; get out with friends and socialize so you can meet that special girl you were meant to be with.
