Just a balanced nutritious diet helps your body develop overall. Your muscles, organs, blood, etc. all need nutrients. There is no one food that makes a child develop faster, be stronger, taller, leaner, fatter, etc.
Maybe it is time to get resized. If they don'yt stick out much but are very rounded then perhaps the number is smaller but the cup is larger, for eg a 10B. I had the same problem until I found that I had grown. I was wearing an A cup when I infact was a 10B, then 10C and so on. Mine are seem to be the same shape, and if you don't find a bra that's fits properly you may find it very uncomfortable, and not have enough support.
