The elc fuse is for the electronic load control, there is a short somewhere in the system

Check the fuse for the wipers. Otherwise the wiper motor is probably done for.

Under the passenger dash is an access panel that will allow you to remove the heater core, it really isn't that hard, there are lots of little dash screws and panel screws to remove before you get where you need to be but at least it is roomy. The AC evaporator is located by the heater core. I will give you a tip. I changed mine last year and the heater core that I ordered for my 92 Roadmaster was not correct, when I took my old one out and matched it in a book at the local part store, the heater core for my vehicle was listed as a 96 Caprice???? The car has been in my family since it was purchased new and the heater core had never been changed!!!! Explain that one!Oh yeah, one more tip, if your heater core is leaking, this access panel lowers towards you, if there is nasty sweet smelling water in there it will pour all over you, be careful! Caprice parts are the same as a Roadmaster,so if you ever need anything just look up caprices.

The Coolant Temperature Sensor on a 1993 & 1994 Buick LeSabre is located on driver's side of the car under the throttle body, It is screwed into the lower intake manifold. You cannot see it without first removing the throttle body since it is hidden under it. An electronic plug is clipped to the the end of the CTS.

There are four ways to program most of these locks; refer to your owners manual for the proper sequence.

You can probably find a car like that on GovernmentAuctions.org - they have a nationwide list of hundreds if not thousands of cars throughout the United States. You have a very good chance of finding this car at a government or police auction.

I'm thinking maybe the pick up in the tank is in a bad spot so it loses pressure when you hit the turn,

or it could have sensors for the suspension to bog it out when you flex the car in the turn

Remove the wheel(s), remove break caliper (set aside on a block of wood so that the break line doesn't take any stress) then simply pull off the rotor and replace with new rotor. Installation is the reverse of removal.

You will have to open the door panel too complicated to describe. Watch You tube videos and search for replacing windows motor plenty of videos and this might help.

Drain the fuel from the fuel tank. Remove the fuel line. Remove the fuel filter retaining plate. Reverse the process to install the new fuel filter.

More detail: the turn signals slowed down gradually and then stopped working. All lights still flashed when hazard lights switch was activated. The bulbs and fuses are all okay, and I have replaced the hazard flasher (which I think is a combo hazard/turn signal unit). Can't see any other flasher unit under the panel, don't know what else to try. Any ideas?

A trick question?? the obvious #1 ans.-- a battery problem, then on to a cable from the batt. to the starter, then a bad starter ,then onto a problem inside the motor,(Like the timing chain or anything within the path of the motor's moving parts.)

45 Min. First remove the neg. cable on the battery, loosen the belt, remove the lines from the pump only (leave lines connected to the steering sector) remove the bolts holding on the pump (believe they are only two bolts). You have it off. To install the new one, simply reverse the porcedure.

check the connection where the battery plugs into the under hood fuse block check the connection at the starter and check your ignition switch,(im not sure what you mean by electronics everything including engine or just the radio and stuff)

it is on the driver side in the intake manifold. Pull the metal hose out and there is a very short rubber hose between it and the pvc, pull it out and and you'll have it. I found it by tracing the schematic drawing on the frame.

Make sure the alternator is really charging. Most often, a case of discharging overnight is some light still on. Places to look include the glove compartment, trunk, and engine compartment - these lights often get missed.

you probably have a bad ground in the rear taillight assembly common problem

to program your remote is very easy but no one wants you to know so i will tell you lol !!!

first open trunk

now look to the left of the trunk there will be a plug hanging that has nothing connected to it (im sure that's where mr $100 dollar an hour smarty pants plugs his high dollar connector lol)

now take a short piece of wire and jumper the 2 connections on the plug ,the locks and trunk release will now cycle (click clack)

now while the wire is still in the plug push your lock button (not the unlock ! ) once on your remote (it should cycle once more click clack) now your remote is programmed

*Important the batteries must be good or this wont work you know how i know cause mine were dead lol !

Two screws outside on both sides. Passenger side- remove the door to the spare tire cover. Additional bolt with a wingnut is located near the taillight panel. You must also remove this nut. The assembly then comes out of the body. The ights can be accessed by twisting the harness attached to the bulbs so that the bulbs will pull out of the socket. On the driver's side, it is necessary to remove the little luggage compartment (it just pulls out) that has the lock box in it. Additional bolt with wingnut isl ocated behind that panel on that side.

Outside air intake comes from the base of the windshield between the wiper arms (plastic grille with a screen under it). I'm still trying to find where the interior air intake is (when you put the AC on lowest setting - 60 degrees) for recirculate. I just sprayed half a bottle of Febreeze onto this outside intake area (with climate control on vent and fan on high) to quash the musty smell that just now began to develop (my 94 is going on 20 yrs old). Also remember to switch between floor, middle and defrost to hit all the duct work. If I still have a little smell left, I will need to find the interior air intake & repeat.
