I had the same question. A survey of answers brought on by a google search seems to indicate it is actually Kimmy Robertson, who played in Don't Tell Mom the Babysitter's Dead. I just did a google image search to match her up too, and it definitely looks like her, with her age (55) seemingly matching up too. Wikipedia page says she was also in "Twin Peaks" back in '90-'91 and has lent her distinctive voice to many animated movies and/or TV shows.

The Burger King guy with the head on that's rockin the new slogan "Wake Up With the King!?!?" is played by a guy named...... Dustin. He is also the same guy that plays the quarterback on two new football commercials for 2009/2010 season. He plays # 4 on the Adrian Peterson Nike Commercial and also plays # 16 in the latest Cannon/San Diego Chargers commercial set to air in the next season.

He is a funny guy and very pleasant to work with. I do not know him personally but I was actually on the set's where they were rumors that he was in Fact the "BURGER KING" guy.

My personal opinion is that he is in fact the guy because he has this not so average looking stature to him. Kind of looks like Brett Favre in my opinion.

They contain no meat nor are they cooked in the same manner as meat. The veggie burgers used by Burger King is the Morning Star brand which is available in the freezer section of most grocery stores. It contains many different veggies including carrots, potatoes, and olives that has been cooked and compressed into a patty form.

I entered a Burger King two times. Both times, the Server did something that I thought was unsanitary. I left immediately. I never ate anything at Burger King. This happened many years ago but I haven't been back.
