Is a 9 lb baby difficult to have a natural birth?
All babies are difficult to give birth to. A nine pound baby may provide some complications, but not too many more than usual. For more medically relevant information about whether you should give birth naturally or by cesarean section, consult your gestational physician.
What does even the chances mean if the baby is born c section and mom has hiv?
If the baby is born vaginally the chances of mother to child transfusion of HIV is much higher. However this risk can be reduced by taking anti-HIV medications throughout pregnancy, labor and delivery and if viral count is less than 1000 copies/ml. By delivering via c-section slightly before the due date, providing membranes haven't already ruptured/waters broke, you are reducing that risk and giving the baby a fighting chance at not contracting the HIV, therefore evening the odds/chances.

Some hospitals will allow mothers to have a VBAC. Which is a vaginal birth after c-section. You should try and to find a hospital that will allow you to have one. But remember, there is nothing more natural than being a mother. No matter how you deliver:) Good luck and God Bless:) What an awesome answer! That's something I try to remember because I've had 4 c-sections and will be having my fifth in July. No matter how you deliver, you are a mother. You should definitely talk to your OB, who will tell you his or her feelings about VBAC in your situation, and will probably also know how the hospital feels about it. It will definitely depend on why you had the first c-section, and what kind of incision you had. I'm sure you know that there is a risk of uterine rupture in trying VBAC--that's why you will need to be closely monitored in the hospital just in case something goes wrong. They call it a "trial of labor." After you have talked to your OB, and the hospital if you need to, and if they are supportive of your possible decision, do a little research into the risks of VBAC and decide if the risks are worth it to you. They weren't for me, but everybody is different. I had to study about it and pray about it, and my husband and I decided what was right for our family. Ultimately, that's what you'll have to do--decide what is best and what course to take. Best of luck to you! You are amazing to be bringing these little ones into the world so close together. I really admire your courage and faith.

What is a lengthwise section or cut?
A lengthwise section, also known as a longitudinal cut, refers to a division or slice made along the length of an object, typically dividing it into two symmetrical halves. This type of cut is commonly used in anatomy, biology, and various fields of engineering to provide a view of the internal structure from end to end. It contrasts with cross-sectional cuts, which slice across the width of an object. Lengthwise sections are useful for examining details along the axis of the specimen.

As many times as you can handle the pain, they are cutting through muscle, creating a lot of scar tissue, it would be difficult to continue to repeat the process, but it's do-able..
