Sometimes when someone request a natural birth they will ask them if they would like some Tylenol. They asked my sister if she would like some Tylenol very shortly befor she started pushing. I wouldn't think that Tylenol would have that much of an affect when you compare it to the E shot (i DONT KNOW HOW TO SPELL IT).

Both, depending on the situation. If it is a medical emergency, then the patient doesn't have much choice. Now, if a woman had a Cesarean and wants to try natural the next time, she often can choose that depending on how the surgery was done and depending on the exact situation. In the past, doctors required repeat cesareans, but now, the surgery is done in such a way to where the patient doesn't always have to have it again. Or if a woman has a family history of needing a Cesarean or doesn't feel she is up to natural childbirth, then she might be able to choose that on an elective basis, depending on her doctor.

If the baby is born vaginally the chances of mother to child transfusion of HIV is much higher. However this risk can be reduced by taking anti-HIV medications throughout pregnancy, labor and delivery and if viral count is less than 1000 copies/ml. Some hospitals will allow mothers to have a VBAC. Which is a vaginal birth after c-section. You should try and to find a hospital that will allow you to have one. You should definitely talk to your OB, who will tell you his or her feelings about VBAC in your situation, and will probably also know how the hospital feels about it. It will definitely depend on why you had the first c-section, and what kind of incision you had. I'm sure you know that there is a risk of uterine rupture in trying VBAC--that's why you will need to be closely monitored in the hospital just in case something goes wrong. They call it a "trial of labor." After you have talked to your OB, and the hospital if you need to, and if they are supportive of your possible decision, do a little research into the risks of VBAC and decide if the risks are worth it to you. They weren't for me, but everybody is different. I had to study about it and pray about it, and my husband and I decided what was right for our family.
