If you're talking about the Nintendo DSi camera if it can record videos, then it can not record videos, only take pictures.
And you can't watch videos on the Nintendo DSi like youtube videos because it doesn't have a flash player, and you can't download one on it.
It depends on the specific state law.
Why is photography a universal language?
"Photography is the only "language" understood in all parts of the world, and bridging all nations and cultures, it links the family of man." - Helmut Gernsheim
To that quote, I reply:
...like the rest of our globalising western culture. Other non-western cultures didn't have much of a choice. I love photography & I am a photographer myself, though if I refer to Marshall Mc Luhan, I understand that photography with its one-eyed & one-timed perspectivist view is the consequence of our alphabetised & eye-dominated culture with its ultra-specialised & fragmented perception of the world... whereas video & living images integrate a broader spectrum of our human senses with their simultaneous impulses resulting in a wider consciousness & different rendering of space & time, another dimension. Electricity as extension of our nervous system with its immediacy & ubiquity makes us tribal people again and video & computer technologies go this way, whereas photography as ultimate achievement of our mechanical times starting from the Renaissance and the Gutenberg printing machine, implies an alienation belonging to our previous industrial era. The white man, the global colonialist, invented the camera, and came up with this idea of an international brotherhood. "Family of Man" is the title of the famous post-WWII photo-exhibition currated by Edward Steichen at the NYC MoMA. In my opinion, saying that "photography is a universal language" is a very idealistic & humanistic view of the world.

Often, people who take pictures will notice that their photos come out with people having bright red eyes. This is caused by the flash of a camera actually seeing the light reflecting off a person's retina.

What camera features are most important for taking night photos?
Night photography can be tricky. Generally, you have to allow for long exposures, during which the camera has to be perfectly still, so a tripod is important. These exposures can result in "noisy" (or grainy) photos. If you are interested in night photography, here are a few features to keep in mind: 1) Shutter speed. When an exposure has a longer shutter speed, it lets more light into the sensor, which allows for lower aperture and ISO settings. 2) ISO setting. When the camera is set at a higher ISO number, it requires less light for exposures. This means you can take your night photo with a faster shutter speed and still get the same result, but you generally do not want to do this. There should not be any movement within the frame, so you should use the base ISO setting so there is very minimal noise. Long exposures allow the shutter to be open longer to absorb the available light. Image stabilization features. This prevents movement during long exposures. Night scene mode, if it is available. This setting automatically provides low-light settings and doesn't require you to manually modify the settings. This option is good for beginners who are still learning about the different available exposure options. Noise reduction mode. Long exposures often allow noise - or grain - into your photo. Rather than use photo manipulation software to remove the noise, this setting automatically removes it for you.
Does photography limit our understanding of the world?
Photography stands by the tribute "a picture is worth a thousand words". However, it's still limited to a single sense out of five. We only exercise our visual perception of the world, and only in a two dimensional function without any "natural" depth involved. We do not taste the local food, do not feel the foreign breeze on our lips, nor savor the scent of a new place. We don't even hear the bells of bikes as they race past, the tiny tri wheel cars loved in Europe, the camels used in the Sahara, or even the throaty diesel of the rotary engine that might take us to any spectrum of remote and enviable places. Compare a place with a person: Does your photograph say everything about you, way down to your center? Additionally, many people may choose not to travel as widely because they feel they can substitute looking at pictures.

How did widespread use of photography affect realism?
Assuming that realism in painting is what is meant by this question, the immediate answer is that painters began to abandon realistic depictions of the world around them. Rather than compete with a mechanical device, painters began creating images that a camera could not make. This exploration included impressionism, expressionism, futurism, abstraction and a wide range of other Fine Art movements.
Pop Art made use of photography in the creation of images. Some painters created collages of photographs. Others re-appropriated well know photographs, turning them into mass-produced works of art (Warhol). This was generally seen as a comment on the mass-produced societal artifacts of the time.
A later movement (neo-realism) sought to imitate the verisimilitude of photographs. Often these paintings (and sculpture) took things to a level that photography could not duplicate. Some painters compressed the dynamic range of lighting in a scene so that detail was retained in both highlights and shadows. This provide a range of detail that seemed photographic, but was super-realistic. In effect, this is what painters have always done, but by adopting a photographic "look" these images took on an unreal quality.
Other painters used colors that were beyond the capabilities of current photographic materials. Some played games with perspective that pushed the conventions of photography beyond that possible with photographic lenses.
Photography struggled for decades to be taken as a serious Art Form. But that is another story.
What career cluster is photography?
Photography falls under the category "Arts, A/V Technology, & Communications".
Can you record video from an aquaview underwater camera to a camcorder?
If you've got the proper interface cables and the camera has the right format of output that matches that of the recorder, then it's probably possible.
What does 'IS' mean for digital camera?
For Canon cameras 'IS' refers to "Image Stabilisation". Nikon have the same technology but they call it "VR" - "Vibration Reduction" and other manufacturers have different names for it but they all amount to the same thing. With some SLR camera manufactures the image stabilisation is built into the body of the camera but generally the IS is built into the lens. It reduces the effect of "camera shake" which can make your images blurry at lower shutter speeds.
Who invented the first photography?
The first known photograph was taken in 1825 by "Niecphore Niepce." however the camera obscura and pinhole cameras were developed before that, they just had no way of recording the image that was produced.
