Patrick, like SpongeBob and pretty much all the other characters, is meant to be 'age-less', meaning he really doesn't have a defined age. If you would insist on putting an age on him, it would be really hard. He is a 'forever kid', however, he is at least old enough to drive, to have his own house, and to have a regular job (although he chooses not to). You may be able to say that he is in his early 20s.

Cartoon Network rarely provides reasons for why their shows end but if the show isn't ended by its creator it's safe to assume the show ended for the same reason other cancelled shows end. The ratings weren't high enough to justify the cost of producing new episodes.

No , you'll not find a comprehensive collection of every 'Looney Tunes' cartoon because Warner Bros. has not released every episode . The closest collection available which has many of the cartoons from the 'Golden Age' of animation is the "Looney Tunes Golden Collection 1-6" which has twenty-four discs . Most of those collected have been restored and many have commentaries .
