It depends on where you live and what physician you use, of course. I am interested in having the parenthesis around my mouth softened, so I have been researching. It looks like it runs around $800 for both sides of the face.

Your kitten has cat litter in his eye what should you do about it?

Take the kitten to a vet and have him diagnose it, and use the prescription. If not, buy eyedrops for cats and give them to him as reccomended. If the kitten his seeming hostile or antisocial, you should get him seen by a vet right away. Those are signs of infection. It's a good idea to see a vet anyway if you'll do eyedrops yourself.

How do you tell if your cat is a grown cat?

You can tell your cat is fully grown when it sits around all day. Adult cats are a lot more calm than young cats and tend to sleep more than younger ones.

Improved Answer:

Cats are usually considered "adult" when they reach a year or a year and a half years of age as this is when they have finished growing and developing. It is true that a year-old cat is usually calmer than a 6 month old kitten.

Why does my cat suddenly go crazy at the vet - how can i calm him down?

It's natural for cats to freak at the vet, they recognize the place and are like: Oh my God! get me out of here! Their gonna hurt me with the sharp pointy needle shots! So it's natural for them to freak. As far as calming them down, does your cat have a favorite toy or something to help them? Catnip is an option, but some cats cant have it so be careful. I accidentally gave my dog my cat's Frontline. He's 70 lbs. and my cat is 11 lbs. I'm guessing the cat's dosage isn't enough for my dog. Can I now give my dog the dog's version of the Frontline?

I would wait for a day then give the dog version to be safe. If you really really want to give it to him now though you could probably give him half the dose. I'm not an expert and I prefer to be on the safe side

What age can a cat eat wet food?

There are some wet foods for kittens/cats/senior cats. Any age pretty much. Except for young kittens who aren't weaned yet, although wet food is easier for them to eat while being weaned. Look for cat foods that have a very high, named meat content (labelled as Chicken, Turkey, Rabbit, Lamb, Tuna, etc.) as the FIRST ingredient with no grains, wheat, corn or any other cereals. Be sure to keep away from Ingredients such as grain, corn, wheat gluten, various sugars as they serve no nutritional value to the cat whatsoever.

Kittens and cats are strict carnivores. They get all their nutritional needs from meat. Kittens in particular, need a lot of Protein and Fat in order to grow and develop in a healthy manner. Kittens need twice as much Protein as an adult cat does, so don't be surprised if you are feeding your kitten much more than you would an adult cat. Also, kittens have small stomachs, so the best method of feeding is "little and often", as often as four to six times a day for very young kittens.

Can you euthanize a cat in your own home?

No, you cannot. However, if your cat is far too sick or cannot move, you can ask for a vet to visit the house and administer the injection there. Never attempt to euthanize the cat yourself, as you can easily cause much pain and suffering to the animal.

What happens when a brother cat and sister cat mate?

Cats may inbreed a little bit without any serious effects. However, if close relatives breed only with each other, this shrinks the gene pool. This results in a higher likelihood of kits being born with birth defects, weak immune systems, and low fertility rates. If you are wondering because you wish to breed littermates together, than you may want to consider carefully the traits they carry, and consult a cat breeding professional.

What should i use for kitty litter for kitten training?

I used to have kittens and I used Arm & Hammer Oder Alert Clumping littler it keeps it smelling fresh and clean while training your kitten!

Note that some kittens can eat inappropriate matter. Clumping litter can cause intestinal blockages... if you can find non-clumping litter, that may be safer for your kittens. Once they are grown up, that no longer will be a problem.

Do parents have to take back children after they run away at age seventeen?

No you don't have to take that child back, but it is still your responsibility to find a facility in which your child will be safe and cared for. Before you make a decision such as this it's best to be honest with yourselves and be sure there are not things between the two of you that could have caused your child to run away. If your child just doesn't like the rules of the house and you can't control him/her or they have become dangerous, then there are some programs for parents to help them decide where the best place is for that child. Talk to your local police or Mental Health. Good luck Marcy

How many scoops of food should you give your kitten?

Kittens are constantly growing and developing, so they need all the nutrients they can get. Typically, a kitten will need twice as much protein as an adult cat, so it is usually best to feed the kitten as much as it needs until it is around a year old.

It really doesn't matter if you feed them just dry food or soft, as long as the food has plenty of meat in it and no cereals, grains or corn in. For young kittens, soft food will be easier for them to eat.
