Yes. Cats can eat there after birth. It is actually good for the cat too eat its after birth because it gives the milk more nutrients. Or if its outside it helps the other animals away from her newly born kittens..

To expand on the first answer: Depending on the age of the cat, then no, it is not normal for cat to lose teeth, except if done by a vet or the cat is teething (adult teeth usually come in when the cat is 4-6 months old).
Tooth loss usually means that the cat has something wrong with its mouth or gums. If your cat is losing teeth or its gums look sore or inflamed, take it to the vet immediately.

How do you make formula for a kitten?
I don't think you can make it. You simply don't have access to all the necessary ingredients (all the nutrients, vitamins, minerals, and other substances that go into it). Even if you had these ingredients, I don't think you could just throw them all in a pot and make formula. They make this stuff in factories, not in home kitchens.
Any formula you make yourself simply would not have the full range of nutrients that a pre-made formula will. If not cooked properly, it could even be dangerous. Do you really think it's best for your kitten, to feed them something you just haphazardly threw together yourself, having no real scientific knowledge of what cats need to eat and how it needs to be prepared?
It would be much better for the kitten's health if you just bought it, instead of trying to make it. It's available in any pet store, and it is not expensive. Just ask the salespeople if they have kitten formula for kittens that are not old enough to eat solid food.
The liquid formula usually comes with a powder supplement, and you mix a certain amount of the powder into the formula. The amount you mix in depends on the kitten's age.
