Why aren't my kittens getting along?
It has something to do with territorial issues, you will just have to deal with this behavior
It's probably just a scent thing.Even fixed cats do stuff like that sometimes.
When your cat catches a baby bird and tries to bring it into your house to kill it?
That is the nature of a cat. I would put both the cat and the bird outside and let nature take its course. If you know where the nest is, you could return the baby to it, but chances are that it is already damaged.
What should you get a cat-less cat lover for a gift?
Isn't the answer obvious? A cat. A cat or a cat plush, cat picture album, cat games, etc.

Indoor only, well cared for cats routinely reach their late teens. I believe the record is 27. Around ten a cat reaches middle age, and slows down somewhat, but will continue to be involved in their environment and open to new experiences. Much older than that, cats often have difficulties accepting a new kitten if they are an only cat. However, cats who are used to multiple cat environments will be more accepting, especially if there are younger cats in the household who can take up kitten duties and absorb the extra energy. At fifteen chronic problems can crop up, but this can be avoided or ameliorated by feeding a low carb diet (what the cat is designed to digest,) being judicious about immunizations (indoor cats without a lot of exposure to the outside world can go years between immunity boosters,) and keeping up with vet checks to catch problems early. Also make sure the cat is drinking enough; old age kidney disease can be avoided by making sure water is offered in a way the cat likes. Drinking fountains, turning on the tap for the cat, and using glass bowls that don't impart odors to the water are all ways to keep the cat hydrated. Canned food not only is low in carbohydrates, which cats cannot digest, but get more water into the cat, as well. As the cat nears old age, they can have problems with food absorption, and might need help getting their nutrients. Adding a nutritional supplement with brewer's yeast or adding vitamins to the cat's food can help. Cats need continuous monitoring at all stages of their life, but especially as they get older, since they tend to hide their illnesses and won't show signs until they are quite sick. Keeping track of the cat's normal routine, and noting deviations from it, will let the responsible pet parent give their cat a happy, long, life.

What age do cats have to be to smell catnip?

How would you know if your cat thought of me as it's mother?
the way it acts
If the cat follows you around and comes to you for the same needs it would come to its mother for.
Very doubtful, unless the lamb were very small, injured, and the cat was absolutely starving.
This cat keeps feeding its kittens then walking away for up to a few hours Is this normal?
sometimes even cat moms need a break from their young, it is normal and you shouldn't worry
What do you do of your cat is lonely?
Get it a friend of opposite gender that will match your cats persnality.
Will ammonia sprayed on plant to keep cats out hurt either one of them?
Cats and other animals dislike the smell of ammonia because it is similar to the scent of animal urine. This makes it a very effective animal repellent.
What do you do if you have pain after inhaling cat litter?
1 Get plenty of fresh air.
2 Remember not to do that again as its ammonia you have inhaled.
3 Empty the litter tray more regularly.
Will the baby kitten know how to nurse?
The simple answer is yes. It is a very basic instinct for newborn kittens to suckle from their mothers. Without it there would be no cats! Mother cats have their own unique way of encouraging their kittens to nurture their instincts, so you can be assured that she will be doing things right, even if you cant see how she is doing it! In some unfortunate instances, one or more kittens in a litter will have a birth defect. Such defects are not usually apparent to us as observers, since they are often internal, however, in cases like these the mother cat may reject the kitten completely or even kill it herself. You must be very carefull in determining whether a kitten has been rejected by its mother, so do not sit there waiting to see signs of it, because chances are you will see what you expect to see. If you take a kitten away from its mother unnecessarily she may consider her brood threatened and may kill them all. The best way is to trust in nature... it's older than we are and it knows what it's doing. Only intervene as an absolute last resort, and only if you are certain.
Thios sounds very serious, have you been to the vet? Is the cat getting enough to eat? -
What does it mean if my cat pooped on my bed and there was bit of blood to?
Blood in poop is never a good sign. There are a very wide range off possibilities, some more extreme than others. If this problem persists, see your local vet. Also, you might want to get new sheets.
Why cats tail always stand up?
If you only see cats with their tails standing up, that is a good sign because it generally indicates a confident and well adjusted animal. A fearful or aggressive cat will hold its tail down, and may lash it from side to side.
Believe it or not, but a cat's mouth is actually dirtier than a dog's (a dog's mouth is just more slobbery). So I would strongly advise against a cat drinkink the same water as you. Carry the glass around with you so the cat won't have a chance to drink out of it. Or if you catch the cat doing it you should dump out the water and get new water.
