No. Newborn kittens do not have venom in their claws.

There are a number of real and unreal reasons for people to believe that kittens have venom in their claws:

* Some people are allergic to cats and may have associated the claw touch with the reaction.

* Claws come into contact with a number of things (including the litter box) - a scratch may get infected as a result and seem like "poison."

* Some parents don't want their younger children to play with the kittens, so they tell them that their claws have venom to keep them away.

I have found that male cats are much,much more loving,but are very inclined to stray. where as female cats can be a little bit uninterested in you,but do stray very often. but i would have to say get a male cat.

You can tell the difference based on their genitals. A male would have the penis and testicles combo while the female will have a vagina. If the male has been neutered the testicle sack will still be there.

If you have had any other cats that peed outside of their litter box, your cat may be marking its territory. If not, your cat may have a urinary track infection. If it was my cat, I would take it to the vet to get it checked out.

It could be the kitten is getting enough water from his food.

Cats are notoriously bad drinkers, even when they are thirsty. This is because they have evolved to get all their needed moisture from their prey (their ancestors were cats that lived in very dry and arid environments where water was hard to come by). It is a trait that has been passed down over the thousands of years.

There are several things you can do to increase how much water your kitten is intaking. By far the easiest option is to feed a wet food diet. Canned or pouched food has anywhere between 60 to 80% water. Seeing as in the wild a cat's prey is around 70% water, wet food provides a cat with more than enough water each day.

If you feed dry food, it may be ideal to and incorporate at least some wet food into the cat's diet each day, so your kitten gets at least some water.

Another way to increase water intake is to leave a tap on, or purchase a pet water fountain. Many cats are fickle when it comes to water and will only drink fresh moving water. A running tap or fountain keeps water constantly moving and fresh, and both methods are very successful in enticing a cat to drink more water.

If your kitten is male, it is especially vital to make sure he is thoroughly hydrated. Male cats are much more susceptible to urinary tract infections (UTI's) which is often caused by not enough water over a period of time.

I have absolutely no idea, but they are not poisonous to cats. If you want cats to keep away from your garden, there isn't really any way to keep them out. However, you could put a motion-activated noise maker, also used to keep raccoons out of garbage cans. It will make a loud noise, such as an owl hooting and swooping down, a wolf's howl, or a dog barking. If your cat hears these things so close, I'll tell you she'll probably run like h*ll.

The average age for a kitten to breed is 6 months however, some can go into heat as early as 4 months. This is why it is so important to spay your kittens early on instead of waiting to long.

It is hard to say; mainly because each cat is different and will spend a different amount of time a day grooming themselves. At a rough guess I would say a couple of hours a day are spent cleaning and grooming.

Adult cats are typically very territorial, and will be very hostile if another adult cat is brought into the home. But if the new cat is a kitten, the adult cat normally will not hurt it. They can recognize that it's just a baby, and while they may hiss at it at first, or swat at it with their paws, they won't do any serious damage to the kitten.

Kittens are not normally as territorial as adult cats, so bringing a new kitten into your home shouldn't be a problem. It may take a little while for them to develop a relationship, but eventually, they will probably become close companions. You don't have to separate them or anything (in fact, doing so will only make it that much harder for them to develop a relationship). But do not force them to interact, either. Leave them alone, and let them develop a relationship on their own time.

Also, if you see them fighting, do not separate them. Most of the time, when two cats that live together "fight," they are actually just playing. They might look angry -- growling and hissing, with their ears back -- but it's just a game. Cats can really hurt each other if they want to, so if you see them "fighting," but nobody ends up bleeding, then they are probably just playing. My two cats are best friends, but they still "fight" all the time. They look like they're really angry at each other, but they don't actually hurt each other.

So, if you see them fighting like that, they are probably just playing -- which is a sign that they are starting to develop a relationship.

This may simply be an odd behavior of your cat - my cat does not do this. It may also be that your cat is bolting his/her food too fast and is giving him/herself a belly ache. You can try cutting down the volume and feeding more often to see if that helps.

Introducing a new cat can be a very stressful time for new and old cats alike. Slow introductions are a must. When introducing a new cat into a home with other animals, keep the new cat in a separate, closed off room for a few days until it adjusts to it's new environment. Spending equal time with both parties is ideal, so your resident cats don't become jealous.

Be sure to swap scents using old blankets, towels or bedding. This lets both new and old cats become used to each other's scent, which makes the introductions a little easier.

Face-to-face introductions should be kept brief at first. Using toys or treats may help keep a somewhat calm atmosphere. At any time either of the cats become uncomfortable, be sure to separate them again and try again once completely calm.

It can take many weeks or even months for cats to become used to each other. Make sure there are quiet places in the house where one cat can hide and not be bothered by others if it wishes some 'time out'. Reward good behaviour such as friendly sniffing or playing.

They are not playing around that their fight stance

Animals either have parental care or they don't. Animals just don't get up and leave young on a whim. That's just the way they evolved. Just about any species of snake or turtle lack parental care. So I'll just pick a couple, rattlesnake and box turtle. About the only animal known to abandon its young is Homo sapiens.

Higher animals, like the white-tailed deer occasionally leave a fawn. We think the doe somehow senses there is something wrong with it. But, this is rare. Even when humans mess with a fawn, the doe will still take care of it.

That is a good answer, but there are more reasons that animals abandon the young. They are all programed with parental behaviors. They either can't take care of there young, or, in many cases they discard the runt. The panda for example. It was born with the knowledge of taking care of its cubs. But, if it gives birth to more than one cub, it doesn't make enough milk. So, it picks its favorite and takes care of it.

i have raised many dogs and i do not agree on the thought that dogs attack for no reason unless the dog has a mental problem. However you have to do research on the breed of the dog your raising and find out if its an aggressive one. Some dogs like Golden retriever don't attack unless they were forced to.

You could take them to a good vet who will take in litters and see to it that the kittens are healthy and try to find homes for them. My vet does this, but not all vets do. You could also try to find homes for the kittens. Put posters up that say 'free kittens to good homes.' There are also Animal Shelters. I would either keep the kittens, sell them, or give them away.
