it happened to me too!! Just 30 minutes ago!! A brightly colored worm stung me on my shoulder!! i never saw such thing in my life. After a few minuets i looked back to my shoulder a found out a little white thing walking on it. i don't know if it was a larvae. oh god i don't know what to do.
