All people need rules to live by or else there is chaos. A good example of a society without rules is Somalia A family is the same way. A family is a group of people who are connected through relationships and to have the family group work correctly the members of the group need to have a set of rules to live by. Otherwise all you have a group of individuals living in the same place. When working together more can be done and the group can set goals for individuals as well as the group. It makes for a much happier life.

If your partner has never cheated on you before and you've generally gotten along long before this then it would be to your best interest (only if you love them) to sit down and communicate with them and ask why they felt they needed to cheat. Only from their answer will you know whether you should stay with this person or leave. Always remember that humans aren't perfect and make mistakes and a couple can work out their problems if they are usually in the habit of cheating. Forgiving the person is the easiest part, but it will be difficult to trust them for a long while and you are either going to have to decide how much you love this person; are they worth working on the relationship and getting through this rough time or does this person appear dishonest and sneaky most of the time and you feel more unsettled around them and unhappy than you feel happy around. This is the time when you leave.

You shouldn't - it is dishonest and I am sure you wouldn't appreciate it if they were doing it to you. If you need to cheat while your in a relationship then you really should not be in a relationship and just stay single so there is not problems or someone getting hurt. Remember that if you are cheating and your happy as your having your cake and eating it too there is someone on the other end that is going to end up hurt and heartbroken.

You can sue the interloper for what's called "tortious interference." It's been done successfully recently. (Recently for me is anything in the last ten years.) Basically, the idea is this: Persons A and B have a contract. Person C comes along and impels A to violate or break his contract with B. B sues C for tortious interference.

Both of you should seek counselling, if you are willing to forgive and try to forget then it's not gonna be hard for you to trust him, only if he keeps his word.

That is why he also has to be willing to get help outside, follow up and see if there's improvement, adopt a certain type of lifestyle; spiritual etc...

Cheating in general is very complicated and causes hurt and problems for all directly involved and not so directly involved. The person that is cheating is just using people for the own selfish needs and have no intention of ever leaving their marriages but will tell the one their cheating with anything they want to hear as to keep getting whatever it is out of the cheating relationship. It is always best to steer clear of any affair related situations.

Simple - you don't ! He's married - if you (and he) thought anything of his wife - you would leave each other alone, so he can concentrate on his mariage ! If he feels there are problems in his marriage - he should see a counselor either with or without his wife.

Most times yes. I say you should not forgive a cheater. I tried forgiving and it got me cheated on again then i broke up and told her it was over then she begged to have me back and i she respected me more.

I think that if a man loved his mistress more than his wife it would be difficult for the man to know. Would the mistress think that she would eventually be replaced by another mistress? This is the very tricky part of the whole question. I think that it is possible for the man to love the mistress more, but also difficult for him to know. If he took a break from his wife he may have the chance.

I'm not advocating dishonesty, but I believe that some things are better kept unsaid, especially if the cheating is over and you've resolved to never do it again and if telling him would hurt him tremendously, which it undoubtedly would. If you feel the need to confess, find someone else to unload the burden, perhaps a preacher, counselor or trustworthy friend. But if certain circumstances have occurred (such as a pregnancy by the other man), then it's probably necessary to tell your husband. In such a situation, allowing him to believe that the baby is your husband's is unfair to him and to the baby's father who has a legal and moral right to be in the child's life (unless he's proven unfit).

Yes a husband CAN love a mistress but he CAN'Ttruly love his wife as well. If he truly loved his wife then he wouldn't need to have a mistress on the side. True love isn't spread around (other than family and friends) but able to be given to one other person and ONLY one other person, otherwise it is just lust.

There is no way to get her deleted messages. I understand the feeling of wanting to know but realistically if she has admitted it as this point it is best to get by it not dwelling on it and trying to find out more what is really unnecessary and possibly hurt you more it really not needed - let it go. If you are trying to get by this and going to possibly try to forgive her then might I suggest going to counselling alone and together to work at this as well as if you are trying to move forward you have to leave this in the past and not bring it up - at all. I realize this all may sound easier said then done but take things one day at a time and go from there. No one can ever forget the affair. to a man or a woman who cheated, they will never forget it, specially if he or she fell in love with that person. you will missed the time that you spent with another person, those special moment being together.

you can tell when your partner is cheating like this...... if they don't talk to you as much as they use to or if they don't hang aroung you,say their gonna call you back but don't... that's how you can tell if their cheating on you.

Of course keep telling him, in as many words as you can find. More words make playing an act harder, and if you speak them truly he will feel better. As much body contact while telling him will also help. However to believe you 100% you might need need to show facts and not only words. Show him he has all your attention. For example when talking to several people always answer to him first. When anything seems wrong with him show him you care, ask him what's wrong. Even if he seems like he doesn't want to talk he most likely does, but he wants you to ask him about every detail because most of all he wants your attention.

Well the man that I married said that he STILL love me. But I don't have no trust and respect towards him right now. I will accept and maybe forgive him for his affairs if it was me who neglected him, or even set him aside, but I never did. I self sacrifice my career, needs, become a good and full time wife, took care of our 3 beautiful children, become his mother, and followed him every where when the Navy ship him in different states or country. I always made sure that he is my number one priority even when I become a mother. And when our children are all grown up ( teenagers) and we retired from the Navy and settle down in Cal. that's when I stop being busy with everything. I thought it will be my turn to be noticed because his not in the Navy anymore and my job is not in between our relationship, that's when he becomes more busy and hardly home.

The man that I married promised me a lot while we were newlywed and becomes a parents, but he never made time for me anymore because he always thought that I will be understanding wife. I always made sure that it was I that fulfill his needs, until one day I finally wake up and told myself to stop

So if he still love me after his affair, I don't want any life with him anymore, and I don't. I can not take him back knowing that he fell in love with the married woman he met on a dating site. I've done my part and more and life is to short, I have my own life with my kids now and he is alone and broke and I don't love him anymore..

I do not know the situation you have with your girlfriend, but for you to ask what to look if she is cheating, why don't you just ask her. Make time to see her and just talk. Communication is a must when it comes to relationship. Ask her if she feels neglected by you, or maybe she feels that you don't have time for her anymore. Finish what you needs to be said and only this way you can find out what's going on in her head.

not sure, but mines cheated with a co worker and he also worked nights and they were on the same shift! If in doubt ring your partner directly not mobile but work number randomly, also make sure you turn up and surprise him with lunch or something from time too time, keep your ears open if all of a sudden a female co worker is ringing his mobile, you will know by his reactions if there is something wrong!
